Projekti "Puuetega inimeste eluaseme füüsiline kohandamine" vajalikkus annab võimaluse kodustes tingimustes puuetega inimestel iseseisvalt toime tulla erinevas vanuses. Hooldajate koormus väheneb tänu projektile. Projektis on mõeldud järgmised tegevused: sotsiaalnõustamine, hindamine, kodukülastused,isikute vajaduste väljaselgitamine, kohandamise korraldamine, lepingute sõlmimine. (Estonian)

"Physical customisation of housing for people with disabilities" necessity provides an opportunity for people with disabilities to cope independently at different ages in home conditions. The burden on carers will be reduced thanks to the project. The project envisages the following activities: social counselling, evaluation, home visits, identification of people’s needs, organisation of adaptations, conclusion of contracts. (English)
