    Projekti põhieesmärgid on Narva Täiskasvanute Kooli õppijate arvu suurendamine (30%), kooli lõpetajate arvu suurendamine 25% võrra, õpingu katkestamiste vähendamine kuni 25 %.

Projekti tulemusena töötatakse välja ja testitakse uus mudel õppetöö õppijakeskseks ja paindlikumaks muutmiseks, toimub uute tugiteenuste ja kursuste väljatöötamine, õppe paindlikumaks muutmine (sh. e-keskkonna loomine), potentsiaalsete õppijate leidmine ja õppimiseks motiveerimine, tugipersonaali rahastamine.
