Between 01.01.2018 and 31.12.2019, the project aims to increase access to high-quality, unpaid and accessible social services of general interest, including in particular care and support services, and support for factual carers by creating 4 new social services: 3 care assistants and 1 assistants, including 6 persons (3 M, 3K) at risk of social exclusion and poverty in the municipality of Trzcińsko — Zdrój, and the creation of a centre for the protection of Actual Activities in the municipality of Trzcińsko — Zdrój. The aim of the project is to respond to the identified needs and demographic trends, which indicate that the number of elderly people reliant on care will increase annually. The project will provide training for 3 carers and 1 AOON, who will provide care services for 4 of the elderly and 2 assistants with disabilities. In addition, specialised services will be provided in the form of rehabilitation services for 2. In the frame of the project, the OPs in Trzacińsko — Zdrój will be adapted to the people with disabilities in order to increase mobility, self-reliance and security. The resulting Centre for Support of Actual Care Activities will provide consultancy services (psychologist, lawyer, social specialist), training and relaxation. The project will result in: The existence of 3 care facilities and 1 places for the provision of assistant services. Celem projektu jest w okresie od 01.01.2018 do 31.12.2019 zwiększenie dostępu do wysokiej jakości, nieodpłatnych i dostępnych usług socjalnych świadczonych w interesie ogólnym, w tym przede wszystkim usług opiekuńczych i asystenckich oraz wsparcie opiekunów faktycznych, poprzez stworzenie 4 nowych miejsc świadczenia usług społ.: 3 opiekuńczych i 1 asystenckiego i objęcie tymi usługami 6 osób (3 M,3K) zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym i ubóstwem z terenu gminy Trzcińsko - Zdrój oraz stworzenie Centrum Wsparcia Opiekunów Faktycznych na terenie gminy Trzcińsko - Zdrój. Cel projektu jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane zapotrzebowanie oraz trendy demograficzne, które wskazują, że liczba osób starszych, wymagających opieki będzie rokrocznie wzrastać. W ramach projektu przeszkolonych zostanie 3 opiekunów i 1 AOON, którzy będą świadczyć usługi opiekuńcze dla 4 os. starszych i usługi asystenckie dla 2 os. z niepełnosprawnościami. Ponadto dla 2 os. świadczone będą usługi specjalistyczne w postaci usług rehabilitacyjnych. W ramach projektu budynek OPS w Trzcińsko - Zdrój zostanie dostosowany do os. z niepełnosprawnościami co zwiększy ich mobilność, samodzielność i bezpieczeństwo. Powstałe Centrum Wsparcia Opiekunów Faktycznych będzie świadczyło usługi doradcze (psycholog, prawnik, specjalista ds. socjalnych), szkoleniowe i wytchnieniowe. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie: - istnienie po jego zakończeniu 3 miejsc świadczenia usług opiekuńczych i 1 miejsca świadczenia usług asystenckich. - lepsze funkcjonowanie społeczne i domowe opiekunów faktycznych - bezpieczny i ułatwiony dostęp dla os. z niepełnosprawnościami do usług opieki społecznej dzięki likwidacji barier architektonicznych budynku O (Polish)
