L. people at risk of poverty or social exclusion working after leaving (including self-employed) 20 os., Social efficiency index for severely disabled persons. 34 %, of the employment efficiency of 12 % of people who are at risk of poverty or social exclusion and who have acquired competence after leaving 38. the target group is those at risk of poverty and social exclusion, severely or moderately disabled, persons with intellectual disabilities in quantities of 40 persons: 5 of the Environmental Aid House, 20 with WTZ and 15 from ZAZ. Indirect recipients will be the environment of people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion in quantities of 6050 % of the target group, who are at risk of poverty or social exclusion, experienced multiple social exclusion. For the most part, the disability of these people is caused by disability. Some of them have a combination of motor disability, epilepsy, mental illness or an organ/hearing disorder and have primary and secondary education. They will be included in active inclusion activities in the framework of project activities leading to social activity and wad. Within the framework of the Applicant’s structure in the framework of PPPs, the WTZ and ZAZ will provide training for the acquisition of new skills in the light of the new trends in the activity of WTZ-ceramics and the new direction of ZAZ Centrala Kuchnia — coffee beans and other tanks. Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost aktywności społecznej i zawodowej 40 os. niepełnospr.intelek. w st.um i znacznym poprzez rozszerzenie oferty wsparcia w ramach ŚDS, WTZ i ZAZ "Centralna Kuchnia" w Stargardzie w ter. 1.09.2018 do 31.12 2019 r. Zaplanowane rezultaty proj.: L. os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu- 5os. L. os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek)20 os.,Wskaźnik efektywności społecznej w odniesieniu do osób o znacznym stopniu niepełnospr. 34%, efektywności zatrudnieniowej 12% L. os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu 38 os.Grupa docelowa to osoby zagrożone ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym,os. o znacznym lub umiarkowanym stopniu niepełnosprawności, osoby z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną w ilości 40 os.:5 os.z Środowiskowego Domu Pomocy,20 os. z WTZ i 15 z ZAZ . Pośrednimi odbiorcami będzie otoczenie osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym w ilości 60 os.50 % grupy docelowej stanowią os. zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, doświadczające wielokrotnego wykluczenia społ. W przeważającej części przyczyną niepełnosprawności tych osób jest niepełnosprawność intelektualna. U niektórych występują sprzężenia w postaci niepełnosprawności ruchowej, epilepsji, choroby psychicznej bądź chorób narządu mowy/słuchu.UP posiadają wykształcenie podstawowe i gimnazjalne specjalne. ONI zostaną objęci działania aktywnej integracji w ramach zajęć projektowych prowadzących do aktywności społecznej i zawod. W ramach struktury Wnioskodawcy w ramach ŚDS, WTZ i ZAZ zostaną zrealizowane szkolenia dla zdobycia nowych umiejętności wobec nowych kierunków aktywności ŚDS -sublimacji, WTZ-ceramiki oraz nowego kierunku działalności ZAZ "Centrala Kuchnia"- palarni ziarna kawy i innych bakalii.
