The project consists of strengthening the nature conservation, conservation and environmental protection mechanisms of the Arhorsemeat Park, and the creation of “Syresie joints” — a biodiversity centre to protect endangered species and the conservation of native species. The recipients of the project will be the residents of Szczecin and Zachodniopomorskie Province. The project will carry out work on enrichment of biodiversity and nature conservation, analysis of traffic through the modernisation of steam pipes and the construction of a natural and educational trail. The project will be carried out in the following steps: the implementation of the forest inventory together with the forest stand economy; the implementation of personal care in the existing greenery, including the execution of a route gauge; planting of trees and shrubs of native species; the implementation of active protection procedures consisting of the removal of invasive species of foreign origin; upgrading of forest pipes and roads in the form of a nature trail; the implementation of gravel thematic trails, highlighting the selected valuable natural sites along with the description of animals and plants — the thematic routes will be closely linked to the main natural and educational paths; the construction of natural stations and the execution of natural and educational facilities, which display valuable specimens of trees and bushes and protected animals, located along a natural and educational trail; the construction of a natural education centre and a ‘Green School’ study team and a beach equipped with field educational games and toy devices; the implementation of culverts and two bridges intended to view mud and water vegetation; renovation of the Fałata Street on the section of the project. Immediately after completion of the project, it will be possible to make use of the full functionality of the built infrastructure providing protection to the applicant. (English) | |||

Projekt polega na wzmocnieniu mechanizmów ochrony przyrody, zachowaniu i ochronie środowiska naturalnego Parku Leśnego Las Arkoński oraz na stworzeniu "Syrenich Stawów" - centrum ochrony bioróżnorodności celem ochrony gatunków zagrożonych i ochrony in-situ gatunków rodzimych. Odbiorcami projektu będą mieszkańcy Szczecina i województwa zachodniopomorskiego. W ramach projektu przeprowadzone zostaną prace związane ze wzbogaceniem bioróżnorodności i ochroną przyrody, skanalizowaniem ruchu poprzez modernizację alejek parkowych oraz wykonanie szlaku przyrodniczo-dydaktycznego. Realizacja projektu przeprowadzona zostanie w następujących etapach: wykonanie inwentaryzacji lasu wraz z gospodarką drzewostanem; wykonanie zabiegów pielęgnacyjnych w istniejącej zieleni wraz z wykonaniem skrajni szlaków; nasadzenia drzew i krzewów gatunków rodzimych; wykonanie zabiegów ochrony czynnej, polegających na usuwaniu gatunków inwazyjnych obcego pochodzenia; wykonanie modernizacji alejek i dróg leśnych w formie szlaku przyrodniczo-dydaktycznego; wykonanie żwirowych szlaków tematycznych, eksponujących wybrane cenne stanowiska przyrodnicze wraz z opisem zwierząt i roślin – szlaki tematyczne będą powiązane komunikacyjnie z głównym szlakiem przyrodniczo-dydaktycznym; budowa stacji przyrodniczych wraz z wykonaniem plansz przyrodniczo-edukacyjnych, eksponujących cenne okazy drzew i krzewów oraz chronionych zwierząt, zlokalizowanych wzdłuż szlaku przyrodniczo-dydaktycznego; wykonanie ośrodka edukacji przyrodniczej wraz z zespołem wiat edukacyjnych „Zielona Szkoła” oraz placem wyposażonym w terenowe edukacyjne gry i urządzenia zabawowe leśne; wykonanie przepustu i dwóch pomostów przeznaczonych do oglądania roślinności błotnej i wodnej; remont ulicy Fałata na odcinku znajdującym się na terenie inwestycji.
