The project implemented will be located in Kołobrzeg (rim 4, parcel No 173/3). The heritage of the monument of the 18th century is recorded in the Register of Historical Monuments under No 376 by the decision of 10.04.1964. according to the information contained in the decision, the completion of the construction works will enable the site to be restored to its old age and to meet modern needs and cultural activities. The authorisation shall include the removal of the buffer fort, which will allow for the reprofit of the shafts and the appropriate exposure of the site. In addition, the applicant has an expert assessment of the technical state of the building (an annex to the proposal) indicating the need for the work to be carried out. The main milestones/tasks of the investments will be to: 1. Restoration, regeneration and adaptation for cultural and tourism functions, 2. Electrical and technical installations, 3. Sanitary installation, 4. Water supply system. The investment will take place within the 01.01.2018-31.10.2018 deadline. the applicant will be both the entity implementing the investment and will be responsible for maintaining the sustainability of the project. Realizowana inwestycja zostanie zlokalizowana w Kołobrzegu (obręb 4, nr działki 173/3). Zabytkowa XVIII w. Reduta Morasta wpisana do rejestru zabytków pod nr 376 decyzją z dnia 10.04.1964 r. Zgodnie z informacją zawartą w decyzji ZWKZ przeprowadzenie robót budowlanych pozwoli na przywrócenie obiektowi dawnej świetności oraz przystosuje go do współczesnych potrzeb i działalności kulturalnej. Pozwolenie obejmuje usunięcie porastającej fort zieleni co pozwoli na reprofilację wałów oraz właściwą ekspozycję obiektu. Ponadto Wnioskodawca posiada Ekspertyzę oceniająca stan techniczny budynku (stanowi załącznik do wniosku) wskazujący konieczność przeprowadzenia prac. Głównymi etapami / zadaniami inwestycji będą: 1. Rewaloryzacja, rewitalizacja i adaptacja dla funkcji kulturalno-turystycznych, 2. Instalacje elektryczne i techniczne, 3. Instalacja sanitarna, 4. Instalacja wodociągowa. Inwestycja zostanie zrealizowana w terminie 01.01.2018 r. – 31.10.2018 r. Wnioskodawca będzie zarówno podmiotem realizującym inwestycja, jak również będzie odpowiedzialny za utrzymanie trwałości projektu. (Polish)
