The project involves the extension and upgrading of 1.45 km of section of provincial road No 167 from ul. Władysław IV from the roundabout ST. Matera to the S-6 ‘Koszalin — East’ junction of the S- expressway. The road is designed to be a two-lane carriageway with a two-lane yard, a green split belt, a two-way pedestrian/bicycle path, the construction of 8 bus bays with bus shelters, bus loops, maintenance roads, parking areas, bays for weighing vehicles, rainwater drainage, street lighting, street lighting, intersections, noise barriers and the removal of a collision with existing weapons. The project will be implemented by the Applicant and, in particular, by the Investment Division of the Urban Authority in Koszalin. The management of the infrastructure resulting from the project will be transferred to the organisational unit of the Municipality of Koszalin — Road and Transport Board. An entity financed by the Applicant’s budget. The construction works will be carried out by the contractor selected as part of the tender procedure. The applicant is in the process of signing the contract. The applicant shall have all the necessary decisions and orders, including the final decision authorising the road investment. The investor of the Municipality of Koszalin is entitled to dispose of all immovable property for construction purposes. Project running from 12.2018-12.2022. The project will start on the date of signature of the contract with the contractor for the works. Construction of construction works will take place in the second quarter of 2019. Projekt obejmuje rozbudowę i przebudowę 1,45 km odcinka drogi wojewódzkiej nr 167 od ul. Władysława IV na odcinku od ronda gen. St. Maczka do węzła drogi ekspresowej S-6 „Koszalin-Wschód". Zaprojektowano drogę z dwoma jezdniami dwupasowymi, rozdzielonymi pasem zieleni, dwukierunkowe ścieżki pieszo-rowerowe, budowę 8 zatok autobusowych z wiatami przystankowymi, pętlę autobusową, drogi obsługowe, miejsca postojowe, zatokę do ważenia pojazdów, kanalizację deszczową, oświetlenie uliczne, kanał technologiczny, skrzyżowania, ekrany akustyczne oraz usunięcie kolizji z istniejącym uzbrojeniem. Wdrożenie projektu zrealizuje Wnioskodawca, a w szczególności Wydział Inwestycji Urzędu Miejskiego w Koszalinie. Zarządzanie infrastrukturą powstałą w ramach projektu zostanie przekazane jednostce organizacyjnej Gminy Miasta Koszalin - Zarządowi Dróg i Transportu. Jednostka finansowana w ramach budżetu Wnioskodawcy. Prace budowlane zostaną wykonane przez wyłonionego w ramach przetargu nieograniczonego wykonawcę. Wnioskodawca jest w trakcie podpisywania umowy. Wnioskodawca posiada wszystkie niezbędne decyzje i postanowienia, w tym prawomocną decyzję o zezwoleniu na realizację inwestycji drogowej. Inwestor Gmina Miasto Koszalin posiada tytuł do dysponowania wszystkimi nieruchomościami na cele budowlane. Projekt realizowany w okresie od 12.2018 - 12.2022. Rozpoczęcie projektu nastąpi w dniu podpisania umowy z wykonawcą robót budowlanych. Rozpoczęcie prac budowlanych nastąpi w II kwartale 2019r. Zakończenie projektu planowane jest na grudzień 2022.
