It is planned to build and upgrade the technical infrastructure, including the rail, needed to operate the hub and the Dworkca. The storm-water system is designed. The site will be illuminated and monitored, including the station building and the platforms. The project is being carried out within the framework of the ITI SOM strategy. it results from the provisions of the PGN for the Gm. Goleniów and the SUMP for SOM will improve public communication in the municipality of Goleniów and the SOM as a whole. The investment shall be carried out in the functional area of the cities of Goleniów. The scope of intervention relates only to the costs not covered by the minority’s limit, i.e. the construction of the hub. Immediately after the completion of the project, it will be possible to make full use of the infrastructure functionality without the need for additional measures. In connection with the construction of a hub, the railway station will increase the possibility to use public transport in daily migration of residents to and from the places of work, thereby reducing the use of cars and will, in the long term, contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, the main issuer of which in Golioów is based on individual road transport. The project integrates different types of transp industries, improves road safety and is associated with soft action due to the SUMP for SOM (English)

    Wnioskodawcą projektu i podmiotem odpowiedzialnym za jego wdrożenie jest Gm. Goleniów. Ze względu na konieczność przeprojektowania części zakresu rzecz. projekt realizowany będzie w trybie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”. Zakres rzeczowy obejmuje budowę węzła komunikacyjnego, wielofunkcyjnego dworca kolejowo – autobusowego wraz z instalacjami wewn./zewn. (zmina w ramach PFU); tunelu z przejściem dla pieszych (zmiana w ramach PFU); zagospodarowania terenu (w tym budowę parkingów typu P&R, B&R i K&R, postojów dla taksówek, ciągów pieszych i rowerowych, oświetlenia). Planowana jest budowa i przebudowę infrastruktury technicznej, w tym kolejowej, niezbędnej do obsługi węzła oraz Dworca. Zaprojektowano system kanalizacji deszczowej. Teren będzie oświetlony i objęty monitoringiem, również z budynkiem dworca i peronami. Projekt jest realizowany w ramach Strategii ZIT SOM, wynika z zapisów PGN dla Gm. Goleniów i PZMM dla SOM, wpłynie na usprawnienie komunikacji publ. w gminie Goleniów i całym SOM. Inwestycja jest realizowana na obszarze funkcjonalnym miast w miejscowości Goleniów. Zakres interwencji odnosi się jedynie do kosztów nieobjętych limitem mniejszości tj. bezp. związanych z budową węzła. Bezpośrednio po zakończeniu projektu możliwe będzie pełne wykorzystanie funkcjonalności infrastruktury bez konieczności podjęcia dodatk. działań. W związku z budową węzła wraz z dworcem zwiększy się możliwość wykorzystania transportu publ. w codziennej migracji mieszkańców do i z miejsc pracy, co przełoży się na ograniczenie wykorzystania samochodów os., a w dalszej perspektywie przyczyni się do zmniejszenia emisji gazów cieplarnianych, których głównym emitentem w Gm. Goleniów jest indywidualny transport drogowy. Projekt integruje różne typy gałęzi transp., wpływa na poprawę bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego i jest powiązany z działaniami miękkimi wynikającymi z PZMM dla SOM (Polish)
