The project involves the construction of new infrastructure for generating electricity from renewable energy sources in the form of solar radiation, i.e. the construction of a 960 kW photovoltaic power station with a container transformer station and ancillary infrastructure. The project is designed to be built on part of plot No 9/17 in Parghovo. The company holds a long term lease agreement concluded for the purpose of the project. Project implementation during the preparatory phase falls on the second and third quarters of this year. The company provides for the start of the project in the third quarter of 2017 (purchase of the necessary infrastructure for the construction of the 960 kW and construction works) and the end of the implementation in the first quarter of 2018. As part of the preparatory work, steps were taken to obtain the necessary legal documentation in the form of required administrative decisions for the construction of the farm and the necessary technical documentation, and a feasibility study was commissioned. In the first quarter of 2017, the applicant provides for a project to be awarded under the project in accordance with the rules governing the award of contracts in projects implemented under the 2014-2020 ROP and the signature of the contract with the contractor for the works in the first quarter of 2017. Once the power plant has been built, it will be connected to the DSO network in order to sell the entire green energy produced. In the framework of the project, the applicant plans to acquire the best available technology solutions in the form of polycrystalline modules with a power of 250W. In addition, in the framework of the project, the applicant provides for the purchase of three-phase 20 kW inverters, given their multiple advantages, in particular due to their 98-99 % efficiency. The purchase of 48 inverters will allow the expected level of productivity of the design of a photovoltaic farm to be achieved. (English)

Projekt zakłada wybudowanie nowej infrastruktury stanowiącej elektrownię do wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z odnawialnych źródeł energii w postaci promieniowania słonecznego tj. budowę farmy fotowoltaicznej o mocy 960 kW wraz z kontenerową stacją transformatorową oraz infrastrukturą towarzyszącą. Projekt posiada charakter stacjonarny-farma zostanie wybudowana na części działki nr 9/17 w miejscowości Pargowo. Spółka legitymuje się długoterminową umową dzierżawy, zawartą w celu zrealizowania przedmiotowego projektu. Rozpoczęcie realizacji projektu na etapie prac przygotowawczych przypada na II i III kwartał br. Spółka przewiduje rozpoczęcie rzeczowe projektu w III kwartale 2017 roku (zakup niezbędnej infrastruktury do budowy farmy o mocy 960kW oraz roboty budowlane) a zakończenie realizacji w I kwartale 2018 r.. W ramach prac przygotowawczych podjęto czynności polegające na pozyskaniu niezbędnej dokumentacji prawnej w postaci wymaganych decyzji administracyjnych do budowy farmy oraz pozyskania niezbędnej dokumentacji technicznej, ponadto zlecono wykonanie studium wykonalności. W I kwartale 2017 r. Wnioskodawca przewiduje przeprowadzenie postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia w ramach projektu zgodnie z zasadami udzielania zamówień w projektach realizowanych w ramach RPO WZ 2014-2020 i podpisanie umowy z wykonawcą robót w I kwartale 2017 r..
