SUBJECT OF THE ACTION: The subject of the project is the deep energy renovation of multi-apartment buildings in the municipality of Zoceliec. The following buildings are included in the scope of the project: 1. Bolesław Chrobrego 7-9, 2. Warsaw 27-33 heroes, 3. Suburban 2, 4. Freedoms 4, 5. Fisheries 2, 6. 5-go from Marc 6, 7. Suburban 16. All buildings in addition to Bolesław Chrobre 7-9 are located within the conservation area. MATERIAL SCOPE: The project plans, inter alia, the insulation of external walls, the insulation of internal walls, the replacement of old windows into new PVC, the replacement of old external doors, modernisation of the installation of c.o.. the project’s material scope is defined in point 4.1.3.2 ‘Description of the selected technological solutions’ of the feasibility study. The project implementation team consisting of the population of the communities designated as project leaders, external contractors of the project will be responsible for the implementation, clearing and evaluation of the project. ZGM sp. z o.o. is involved in the project. The specific responsibilities of the persons responsible for implementing the project are described in section 3.2.2.1 of the STC. Immediately after completion of the project, it will be possible to make use of the full functionality of the existing infrastructure. The project does not require additional measures to fully exploit the infrastructure — ZGM Sp. z o.o. in Złonicu, will provide the necessary technical, human and knowledge resources to ensure that the infrastructure is operational upon completion of the project. The project is stationary. THE MAIN STAGES OF THE PROJECT ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1. Update of energy audits, 2. Development of a feasibility study, 3. Development of ornithological opinions, 4. PRZEDMIOT PROJEKTU: Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka modernizacja energetyczna budynków wielomieszkaniowych na terenie Gminy Złocieniec. W zakres projektu wchodzą następujące budynki: 1. Bolesława Chrobrego 7-9, 2. Bohaterów Warszawy 27-33, 3. Podmiejska 2, 4. Wolności 4, 5. Rybacka 2, 6. 5-go Marca 6, 7. Podmiejska 16. Wszystkie budynki oprócz Bolesława Chrobrego 7-9 znajdują się na obszarze objętym ochroną konserwatorską. ZAKRES RZECZOWY: W ramach przedmiotowego projektu planuje się m.in. ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, ocieplenie ścian wewnętrznych, wymianę starych okien na nowe PCV, wymianę starych drzwi zewnętrznych, modernizację instalacji c.o. Szczegółowy zakres rzeczowy projektu został określony w punkcie 4.1.3.2 "Opis wybranych rozwiązań technologicznych" Studium Wykonalności. Za wdrażanie, rozliczanie i ewaluację projektu odpowiedzialny będzie zespół ds. realizacji projektu składający się z mieszkańców wspólnot wyznaczonych jako osoby odpowiedzialne za projekt, podmiotów zewnętrznych zatrudnionych w ramach realizacji projektu. Realizatorem projektu będzie ZGM sp. z o.o w Złocieńcu. Szczegółowy zakres obowiązków osób odpowiedzialnych za wdrażanie projektu opisany został w rozdz .3.2.2.1 SW. Bezpośrednio po zakończeniu realizacji projektu możliwe będzie wykorzystanie pełnej funkcjonalności powstałej infrastruktury. Przedsięwzięcie nie wymaga dodatkowych działań w celu pełnego wykorzystania infrastruktury - ZGM Sp. z o.o. w Złocieńcu zapewni niezbędne zasoby techniczne, kadrowe i wiedzę gwarantujące uruchomienie funkcjonowania infrastruktury po zakończeniu projektu. Projekt ma charakter stacjonarny. NAJWAŻNIEJSZE ETAPY PROJEKTU: 1. Aktualizacja audytów energetycznych, 2. Opracowanie Studium Wykonalności, 3. Opracowanie opinii ornitologicznych, 4.
