The building envelope shall be insulated with insulation against damp in the buildings. The ceiling for the non-heated floor in the main building was warmed up in 2014. The ventilation ceilings and the roof will be borne in the building and the boiler house and the boiler house will be insulated. The doors to be used shall be those of the external windows and of the façade. Ventilation installation of the mechanical ventilation of the kitchen rooms with the canteen in the main building, the laundry room will be rebuilt.     Projekt zakłada wykonanie głębokiej, kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej Domu Pomocy Społecznej w Resku. W wyniku przebudowy powstanie kondensacyjna kotłownia gazowa współpracująca z istniejącą instalacją kolektorów słonecznych oraz montaż kotła grzewczego na biomasę. W budynku głównym, budynku pralni i kotłowni instalacja centralnego ogrzewania oraz instalacja ciepłej wody użytkowej i cyrkulacji zostanie przebudowana. Przegrody zewnętrzne zostaną ocieplone, izolacja przeciwwilgociowa w budynkach zostanie wykonana. Strop poddasza nieogrzewanego w budynku głównym został ocieplony w 2014 roku. Stropodach wentylowany oraz połać dachowa w budynku pralni i kotłowni zostanie ocieplona. Wymienione zostaną wyeksploatowane drzwi oraz okna zewnętrze i fasada. Instalacja wentylacji mechanicznej pomieszczeń kuchni ze stołówką w budynku głównym, pomieszczeń pralni zostanie przebudowana. Zamontowane zostanie energooszczędne oświetlenie w budynku głównym, budynku pralni i kotłowni. Ponadto zamontowana zostanie instalacja paneli fotowoltaicznych na dachu łącznika. Zaproponowane rozwiązania pozwolą na najbardziej efektywne wykorzystanie energii cieplnej i elektrycznej dostarczanej do budynku. (Polish)
