The investment is intended to contribute to the main objective of the project to start producing electricity from renewable sources of electricity by the applicant. In order to achieve this, the purchased and mounted photovoltaic installation on the roof of the building belonging to the applicant will be purchased. The whole project is divided into two phases: the preparatory phase, which will start on 01 May 2017 and will last for 4 months and the physical implementation phase of the investment, which will start on September 2017, 01 and will close on 31 December 2017. 1: the selection procedure for the supplier of the photovoltaic installation will be carried out as part of this phase. In view of the company’s status, it is not subject to the Public Procurement Law, therefore the selection of the supplier of the photovoltaic installation will be carried out in accordance with the principle of competitiveness described in the “Guidelines on the eligibility of expenditure under the European Regional Development Fund, the Social Fund and the Cohesion Fund for the period 2014-2020”. To this end, the notice of intended purchase will be published on the company’s website and ‘Competitiveness Database’. The deadline for the submission of tenders will be 7 days. After the closing date for the submission of tenders, all tenders submitted will be assessed on a formal basis and in accordance with the criteria set out in the request for a proposal. The selection will be confirmed by the minutes and the contract will be signed with the successful tenderer. Stage II — the actual realisation of the investment — after signature of the contract, the contractor will be required to provide and install a photovoltaic installation, which will be confirmed by the acceptance protocol. Once the tests have been carried out, there will be a settlement with the supplier and a final settlement proposal will be submitted. On the basis of these steps, two tasks have been identified: 1. The purchase and installation of the PV 2. Project promotion. These tasks are described in detail in I. (English)

Zakup i montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej 2. Promocja projektu. Zadania te zostały szczegółowo opisane w czę (Polish)
