Iga päev esitatakse Eesti Rahvusraamatukogule küsimusi / infopäringuid. Need küsimused on tihti korduvate mustritega ja korduvatel teemadel. Just korduvatele küsimustele vastamiseks kulutame liiga palju inimressurssi. Aastas saab Eesti Rahvusraamatukogu ligikaudu 14 tuhat e-kirja küsimustega. Projekti tulemusel valmib tehisintellektil tugineva rakenduse Chatboti prototüüp, mis on võimeline saabunud küsimused sorteerima teemade järgi ning korduvate mustritega esmatasandi küsimustele ise vastama.
