Vahetatakse välja kogu pealisehitis (ballast, rööpad, liiprid) ja kõik peatee pöörangud, laiendatakse muldkeha ja suurendatakse kandevõimet, remonditakse ülesõidukohad (5), puhastatakse veeviimarid.
