ÜF toel rekonstrueeritakse Tallinnas Haabersti ristmik koos Paldiski mnt ja Ehitajate tee rekonstrueerimisega minimaalses ristmiku toimimiseks vajalikus mahus ning Rannamõisa tee kuni Lõuka tänavani. Paldiski maantee suunale rajatakse viadukt. Haabersti ristmiku rekonstrueerimisega vähendatakse ristmiku piirkonnas liiklusõnnetuste riski ja keskkonnasaastet ning luuakse ühistranspordile eelisõigus, liiklusohutuse parandamiseks rajatakse eritasapinnas jalg- ja jalgrattateed.
