Projekt "Ühise visiooni mõju ühinenud organisatsioonis" on abiks Pärnu Lasteaed Päikesejänku ja Kadri Lasteaia liitmisel ühtseks meeskonnaks läbi koosõppimise. Kujuneb visioon toimimiseks ühtse meeskonnana ja tekib arusaam muutuste vajalikkusest. Selguvad arengusuunad, suureneb kokkukuuluvustunne ja vähenevad muutustega seotud hirmud. K avandatud on kaks töökoosolekut, kolm ümarlauda. Koolitus kujundab valmisolekut minna uuendustega kaasa. Projekt lõpeb reflektsiooni ja avalikkuse teavitamisega. (Estonian)
