The applicant project implemented under the name ‘Development of an AMO-PAK Plastic Processing Plant by installing a new flight-graphical print shop — Phase I’ will be implemented in the Applicant’s production hall in the village of Przyjach, in the municipality of Malechowo (the documents evidencing the right to dispose of the real estate for the purposes of the project are attached to the application — file “Writ_deeds” file). The project will consist of the purchase and installation in the production hall of a new flexographic printer equipped with a system of multi-dimensional printing for quality control, working in continuous mode. It is envisaged to purchase a machine equipped with a system of administration from 8 to to 10 colours which is capable of printing on different types of substrate, including raw materials for PET, BPP, PVC, PE. The installed system of multi-dimensional printing inspection (important element of project innovation) detects defects such as colour deviations, loss of regiation, streaks, patches, nibs, etc. The system captures both the accidental or serial defects created during the printing before starting waste. The project included the installation work planned to be carried out inside the building, consisting of the installation of the machine and connecting it to the existing electrical installation and the extract of volatile organic compounds. It is planned that this work will be done by a service team of the print shop provider. The whole project was organised as a single task, in which the phase of the organisation of the contract (2 months), the machine’s production phase (lasting up to 5 months) and the stage at which the machinery works in the Applicant hall (2-3 months). Projekt Wnioskodawcy wdrażany pod nazwą "Rozwój działalności Zakładu Przetwórstwa Tworzyw Sztucznych FOL-PAK poprzez instalację nowej drukarni fleksograficznej - etap I" zostanie wdrożony w hali produkcyjnej należącej do Wnioskodawcy w miejscowości Przystawy, w gminie Malechowo (dokumenty potwierdzające prawo do dysponowania nieruchomością do celów realizacji projektu zostały załączone do wniosku – plik „Wypis_akty notarialne”).
