Project products (2022): area covered rewitalizacją:0,33haL. supported infrastructure facilities in regenerated obszarach:1sztL. facilities for the project niepełnos:1sztUdział for the project area covered by PR-0.04 % will be carried out in partnership with the Municipal Public Library in Baranów. Przedmiotem inwestycji jest rewitalizacja Rynku w Baranowie wraz z rozbudową, przebudową i zmianą sposobu użytkowania budynku szkoły na ośrodek kultury z ośrodkiem opieki dziennej nad seniorami, rozbiórką budynku sali sportowej, budową bud. usługowo-gastronomicznego (oranżerii), termomodernizacją bud. Urzędu Gminy oraz OSP wraz z zagospod. terenu i infr. techniczną (utworzenie alejek i placu spacerowego, postawienie obiektów małej architektury, stworzenie miejsca do uroczystego obchodzenia wydarzeń historycznych, kulturowych i integracyjnych).Realizacja projektu przełoży się na niwelację braków wskazanych w LPR i do osiągnięcia wizji zrewitalizowanej gminy Baranów: "obszar rewitalizacji charakteryzuje się silną integracją lokalnych społ., które aktywnie uczestniczą w życiu Gminy i wykorzystują jej potencjał gospodarczy. Mieszkańcy prowadzą życie wysokiej jakości, korzystając z bogatej oferty rekreacyjno-kulturowej przystosowanej do potrzeb osób w każdym wieku, przyczyniając się do umacniania międzypokoleniowych więzi". Projekt umożliwi:-ożywienie społeczno-gospodarcze,-wspieranie podmiotów ekonomii społecznej, -integrację mieszkańców, -uzyskanie ładu przestrzennego i poprawę estetyki miejscowości,-wzmocnienie tożsamości lokalnej mieszkańców-stworzenie nowoczesnego placu wielofunkcyjnego, służącego do rekreacji, pikników rodzinnych, festynów, imprez okol., uczącego historii, patriotyzmu,-zmianę sposobu użytk. istn. bud. szkoły, w którym będzie dzienny dom seniora, multimedialna biblioteka, galeria artystyczna z pracowniami dla dzieci i młodzieży.
