Celem proj jest poprawa dostępu do edukacji przedszkolnej w gminie Skulsk (należący do Obszaru Strategicznej Interwencji) poprzez trwałe zwiększenie o35 liczby miejsc edukacji przedszkolnej dla 35 dzieci, podniesienie kompetencji 1 nauczycielki, poszerzenie oferty zajęć dodatkowych o logopedię do 31.08.2021 roku. Nowe miejsca edukacji przedszkolnej zostaną utworzone w nowych oddziałach przedszkolnych w Skulsku oraz Wandowie -oddział Gminnego Przedszkola w Skulsku w dostosowanej bazie lokalowej dla dzieci 3 - 6 letnich. Z danych GUS BDL wynika, iż w 2018 z przedziału 3-6 latna 251 dzieci, 43% to dziewczynki, 57% chłopcy dlatego podobny współczynnik przyjęto w proj.Potrzeba utworzenia nowych miejsc edukacji przedszkolnej w Gminie Skulsk wynika z niewystarczającej liczby miejsc edukacji przedszkolnej w Gminie - wroku 2018, ze względu na zniesienie obowiązku szkolnego 6-latków, brakuje miejsc dla 67 dzieci, obecnie w GS są 180 miejsca przedszkolne (148 w OWP oraz 32 w oddziałach przedszkolnych przy szkołach podstawowych). W roku 2018 w całej Gminie zabrakło 71 miejsc, w 2019 – 69 miejsc, w 2020 – 70 miejsc, w 2021 – 72 miejsca, w 2022 - 75 miejsc, w 2023 - 75 miejsc. W proj zrealizowane zostaną następ. działania:1. utworzenie nowych 35 miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego w Gminie, w dwóch placówkach2. sfinansowanie bieżących kosztów utrzymania nowych 35 miejsc edukacji przedszkolnej przez 12 m-cy.3. rozszerzenie oferty OWP o zajęcia zwiększające szanse edukacyjne dzieci - o zajęcia stymulujące rozwój psychoruchowy – 35 dzieci, zajęcia w formiezabawy z językiem angielskim dla 35 dzieci oraz zajęcia logopedyczne dla 30 dzieci (ponad 85% małych dzieci ma problemy z wymową i niezbędne w tymwieku jest wspomaganie mowy), w tym indywidualne dla 15 dzieci, u których diagnoza wykaże taką potrzebę.4. studia podyplomowe dla 1 nauczycielki.Rezultaty: - Liczba miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego dofin. w programie - 35. The aim of the project is to improve access to pre-school education in the municipality of Skulsk (which belongs to the Strategic Intervention Area) by permanently increasing the number of pre-school education places for 35 children, increasing the competences of 1 teacher, extending the offer of additional courses with speech therapies until 31.08.2021. New places of pre-school education will be created in the new pre-school units in Skulsk and Wandów – a department of the Municipal Preschool in Skulsk in a tailored home base for children of 3-6 years old. Data from GUS BDL show that in 2018 251 children, 43 % are girls, 57 % boys were adopted in 2018 from the age of 3-6 years.The need to create new pre-school places in the municipality of Skulsk is due to the insufficient number of pre-school places in the Municipality – in 2018, due to the abolition of the compulsory schooling of 6-year-olds, there are no seats for 67 children, currently in GS there are 180 pre-school places (148 in the PLO and 32 in pre-school units in primary schools). In 2018, there were 71 seats in the whole Municipality, in 2019-69 seats, in 2020-70 seats, in 2021-72 places, in 2022-75 seats, in 2023-75 seats. The following activities will be implemented: 1. the creation of new 35 places of pre-school education in the Municipality, in two institutions2. financing the current costs of maintaining the new 35 places of pre-school education by 12 months.3. extending the offer of the OWP to classes increasing the educational opportunities of children – by activities stimulating psychomotor development – 35 children, classes in the form of fun with English for 35 children and speech therapy classes for 30 children (more than 85 % of young children have problems with pronunciation and speech support is necessary in this age), including individual for 15 children, for whom the diagnosis proves such a need.4. postgraduate studies for 1 teacher.Results: — Number of places of pre-school education in the program – 35.
