Celem projektu jest termomodernizacja budynku Urząd Gminy w Lipniku. Budynek stanowi własność Gminy Lipnik. Planowany zakres prac obejmuje m.in: 1. Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych w budynku. 2. Ocieplenie stropodachu. 3. Wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej w całym budynku. 4. Modernizację oświetlenia. 5. Montaż paneli fotowoltaicznych. W ramach projektu zostaną osiągnięte następujące wskaźniki: 1. Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej -23,68; 2. Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej - 709,52; 3. Zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej w wyniku realizacji projektów - 928,69; 4. Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych -67,90; 5. Liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków-1; 6. Powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji-1115,6; 7. Zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych-271 080,56; 8. Liczba zmodernizowanych źródeł ciepła - 1; 9. Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE-1. Cele projektu oraz zaplanowane w nim do realizacji działania są zgodnie z celami szczegółowymi wyznaczonymi dla 3 Osi Priorytetowej RPO WŚ 2014-2020 oraz z celami szczegółowymi Działania 3.3 Poprawa efektywności energetycznej z wykorzystaniem odnawialnych źródeł energii w sektorze publicznym i mieszkaniowym. Gmina Lipnik przeprowadzi audyt ex-post w terminie 14 miesięcy od zakończenia realizacji przedmiotowej inwestycji. Inwestycja jaką zamierza realizować gmina jest ujęta w PGN. Wartość całkowita projektu wynosi 1 320 053,50 zł (w tym koszty kwalifikowalne 963 800,60 zł) w tym dofinansowanie 915 610,57 zł. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to thermomodernise the building of the Municipal Office in Lipnik. The building is owned by the Municipality of Lipnik. The planned scope of work includes, among others: 1. Insulation of the exterior walls in the building. 2. Warming of the edifice. 3. Replacement of window and door joinery throughout the building. 4. Modernisation of lighting. 5. Installation of photovoltaic panels. The project will achieve the following indicators: 1. Amount of electricity saved -23.68; 2. Amount of thermal energy saved – 709,52; 3. Reduction of final energy consumption as a result of projects – 928.69; 4. Estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions -67.90; 5. Number of energy-modified buildings-1; 6. Usable area of buildings which have undergone thermal modernisation-1115.6; 7. Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings-271 080.56; 8. Number of modernised heat generators – 1; 9. Number of electricity generating units built from RES-1. The objectives of the project and the action planned therein are in accordance with the specific objectives set for the Priority Axis of the ROP WŚ 2014-2020 and the specific objectives of Measure 3.3 Improving energy efficiency using renewable energy sources in the public and residential sectors. The municipality of Lipnik will carry out an ex-post audit within 14 months of the completion of the investment. The investment the municipality intends to carry out is included in PGN. The total value of the project is PLN 1 320 053.50 (including eligible costs PLN 963 800.60) of which PLN 915 610.57. (English)
