Realizowane typy projektów to:1. Podnoszenie kwalifikacji zawodowych uczniów prowadzących kształcenie zawodowe poprzez:a) zorganizowanie staży i praktyk zawodowych we współpracy z przedsiębiorcami w ramach SSE z woj.wielkopolskiego;b) kształcenie zawodowe praktyczne w szkołach: CKZiU oraz ZSE w Złotowiec) inne formy służące podnoszeniu kwalifikacji zawodowych.2. Wyposażenie pracowni szkolnych w nowoczesny sprzęt i materiały dydaktyczne umożliwiające realizację podstawy programowej kształceniazawod.(zad.1)3. Doskonalenie kompetencji nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego poprzez zorganizowanie studiów podyplomowych w przedmiotowym zakresie doradztwo edukacyjno-zawodowe poł.z coachingiem(zad.4)4. Doradztwo edukacyjno-zawodowe dla uczniów (zad. 2).Projektodawcą jest Powiat Złotowski (PZ)/Starostwo Powiatowe-organ prowadzący szkoły ponadgimnazjalne.Osoby objęte wsparciem to:-uczniowie 2 szkół:CKZiU oraz ZSE w Złotowie:140os(K-81, M-59 w tym 2 osoby niepełnosprawne w stopniu lekkim K-1 i M-1). Uczniowie podzieleni są na 14 grup po 10 os.Projekt odbywa się w 2 edycjach (I edycja:od1.09.2016-31.08.2017-7grup po10 os.=70os;IIedycja:1.09.2017-31.08.2018-7grup po10os.=70os.)- 5 nauczycieli (K-4, M-1)w celu realizacji studiów podyplomowych w zakresie doradztwa edukacyjno-zawodowego z coachingiem.Projekt zakłada przeprowadzenie zajęć edukacyjno-zawodowych w wymiarze 72h dla każdej grupy (1gr.=18spotk.*4h) wraz z wyposażeniem laboratoriów (10stanowisk/1 zawód), praktyki/staże zawodowe (7h/1os.*22dni), doradztwo edukacyjno-zawodowe (8sp.*4h=32h/1gr.) oraz doskonalenie zawodowe nauczycieli (studia podyplomowe z doradztwa edukacyjno-zawodowego -III semestry).
