Zintegrowany system teleinformatyczny, jaki będzie wdrożony w Urzędzie Miasta i Gminy jest specjalistycznym systemem informatycznym, wspomagającym pracę eusług, procesów administracyjnych. Planowany do wdrożenia system musi spełniać następujące założenia funkcjonalne, tzn. powinien być:Funkcjonalny, dostosowany do otoczenia prawnoadministracyjnego oraz zgodny z aktualnymi aktami prawnymi regulującymi działalność jednostki. Jednocześnie jest na bieżąco aktualizowany w przypadku zmiany przepisów, a także modernizowany i unowocześniany w odpowiedzi na zmieniające się potrzeby Użytkowników oraz rozwój technologii.W pełni zintegrowany, co w praktyce oznacza szybki, uzależniony od nadanych uprawnień dostęp do wszelkiej dokumentacji administracyjnej z wszystkich poziomów, dający komfort pracy w ramach rozbudowanego i kompatybilnego systemu informatycznego.Kompleksowy, czyli zapewniający bezpośrednią obsługę wszystkich komórek działających w ramach struktury jednostki. Wielomodułowy, a więc pozwalający na dowolne modelowanie i pełne dostosowanie zarówno do aktualnych, jak i przyszłych potrzeb jednostki. Ergonomiczny, łączący rozbudowany zakres funkcji użytkowych z prostotą obsługi. Przyjazny system dla użytkownika, poprzez m.in. standaryzację, unifikację oraz dołączenie szeregu narzędzi pozwalających na wyszukiwanie i poprawianie danych. Bezpieczny, zaprojektowany z użyciem najnowszych technologii tak, aby zapewnić wysokie bezpieczeństwo i niezawodność oraz spełnić rygory związane z poufnością przetwarzanych i składowanych danych. Szczegółowa charakterystyka projektu z uwzględnieniem parametrów, danych oraz potwierdzeniem założeń technologicznych znajduje się w Dokumentacji technicznej będącej załącznikiem wniosku aplikacyjnego. Projekt ma charakter lokalny. Realizowany jest przez Gminę Świątniki Górne, której zasięg działania ma charakter gminny. (Polish)

The system to be implemented must meet the following functional objectives, i.e. być:Funkcjonalny, adapted to the administrative legal environment and in accordance with the current legal acts governing the activity of the entity. At the same time, it is constantly updated in the event of changes in regulations, as well as modernised and modernised in response to the changing needs of Users and the development of technology. Fully integrated, which in practice means fast, dependent on granted permissions access to all administrative documentation from all levels, giving comfort of work within an extended and compatible IT system. Comprehensive, that is, providing direct service to all cells operating within the structure of the unit. Multi-module, thus allowing for any modeling and full adaptation to both current and future needs of the individual. Ergonomic, combining an extensive range of functionalities with simplicity of operation. User-friendly system, including standardisation, unification and the addition of a range of tools to search and correct data. Secure, designed with state-of-the-art technologies to ensure high security and reliability and to meet the confidentiality rigours of processed and stored data. Detailed project characteristics including parameters, data and confirmation of technological assumptions can be found in the Technical Documentation attached to the application application. The project is local. It is carried out by the Municipality of Shrine Górne, whose scope of operation is a communal character. (English)
