Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych oraz właściwych postaw i umiejętności niezbędnych na rynku pracy, oraz rozwijanie indywidualnego podejścia do ucznia, szczególnie ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi w Szkole Podstawowej im. mjra Henryka Sucharskiego, Szkole Podstawowej im. ks. Jana Twardowskiego w Kwileniu oraz w Szkole Podstawowej im. Janusza Korczaka w Kuźni (gm. Chocz) w terminie IX.2018 –VII.2020r. poprzez realizacje dodatkowych zajęć edukacyjnych wśród 265 UCZ. Szkole Podstawowej im. mjra Henryka Sucharskiego, 30 UCZ.Szkole Podstawowej im. ks. Jana Twardowskiego w Kwileniu oraz 23 U. w Szkole Podstawowej im. Janusza Korczaka w Kuźni oraz nabycie umiejętności i kompetencji u 33 nauczycieli (31K) SP w Choczu, oraz doposażenie 6 pracowni przedmiotowych umożliwiających utworzenie warunków do nauczania opartego na metodzie eksperymentu, a także wsparcie w zakresie indywidualizacji pracy z uczniem ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi po przez zakup doposażenia i realizacje zajęć edukacyjnych oraz poradnictwem i doradztwem edu. -zaw.Grupa docelowa projektu:- 265 ucz.
