Cel główny to podniesienie kompetencji zaw. i kluczowych u min. 90% z 50 uczniów (15K) Zespołu Szkół Elektryczno – Elektronicznych im. prof. Janusza Groszkowskiego w Radomsku (dalej: ZSEE) zwiększające ich szanse na rynku pracy, przez m.in. realizację staży i kursów, a także podniesienie kompetencji ZAW 24 (6K,18M) nauczycieli z ZSEE, przez m.in. kursy oraz podniesienie jakości nauczania w ZSEE przez m.in. wyposażenie w sprzęt niezbędny do kształ. ZAW w okr. 01.05.2020 do 31.08.2022. Gr doc z woj. łódzkiego - 50 uczniów/czennic (15 - K) z ZSEE oraz do 24 nauczycieli (6K) kształcenia zaw. Proj zostaną objęci UCZ z klas II - III w 2020/2021, z kierunków klas Technik: elektronik, elektryk, organizacji reklamy oraz informatyk. Gr doc jest zg. z SzOOP RPOWŁ i Regul. Konk. W proj. 50 uczniów (15 uczennic) ZSEE odbędzie staże u pracodawców w wymiarze 150 h/UCZ i wezmą udział w kursach wyposaż. w wiedzę niezbędną na rynku pracy, 50 UCZ weźmie udział w zajęciach zwiększających kompetencje kluczowe, 24 nauczycieli weźmie udział w szkoleniach i kursach, a pracownie szkolne zostaną doposażone w sprzęt zg. z podstawą programową. Główne wskaźniki osiągnięte w ramach proj to: • liczba szkół i placówek kształcenia zaw. wykorzystujących doposażenie zakupione dzięki EFS – 2. • liczba nauczycieli kształcenia zaw. oraz instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje – 22. • liczba uczniów szkół i placówek kształcenia zaw. uczestniczących w stażach i praktykach u pracodawcy – 50. W proj realiz. będą zadania: 1. Wyposażenie pracowni 2. Kursy i szkolenia dla nauczycieli. 3. Staże zawodowe 4. Wsparcie UCZ w zakresie zdobywania uprawnień. 5. Doradztwo zaw. (Polish)

The main objective is to raise the competences of the group and key competences in at least 90 % of 50 students (15K) of the Prof. Janusz Groszkowski School Complex in Radomsk (hereinafter: ZSEE) increasing their chances on the labour market, by, among others, implementing internships and courses, as well as increasing the competences of ZAW 24 (6K,18M) teachers from ZSEE, by, among others, improving the quality of teaching in the ZSEE by, among others, equipping with the equipment necessary for the education. Turn to the circle. 01.05.2020 to 31.08.2022. Gr doc from Łódź Voivodeship – 50 students (15 – K) from ZSEE and up to 24 teachers (6K) of education incl. The project will be covered by UCZ from Class II – III in 2020/2021, from the directions of classes Technik: electronics, electrician, advertising organisation and IT specialist. Gr doc is according to SzOOP RPOWŁ i Reg. Conc. In proj. 50 students (15 students) will hold internships with employers of 150 h/UCZ and equip them with the knowledge necessary on the labour market, 50 UCZ will take part in key competences classes, 24 teachers will take part in trainings and courses, and schoolrooms will be equipped with equipment according to the program basis. The main indicators achieved under the project are: • number of schools and educational establishments using retrofits purchased through the ESF – 2. • the number of induction teachers and vocational instructors who have obtained qualifications or acquired competences is 22. • the number of pupils in schools and educational establishments participating in internships and traineeships with the employer is 50. In the project there will be tasks: 1. Workshop equipment 2. Courses and trainings for teachers. 3. Internships 4. Support of the Student in the field of entitlement acquisition. 5. Consulting incl.
