Cel główny projektu to:"Zwiększenie dostępu do usług społecznych/usług wspierania rodziny i pieczy zast. poprzez tworzenie/wspieranie i prowadzenie miejsc świadczenia usług w formie:sąsiedzkich usług opiek.,usług opiek. w DDP,usł. asyst.,usług mieszkalnictwa wspomaganego,usług w Klubie "Być Razem",usług korepetycji i obozów terapeutycznych/socjoterapeutycznych dla mieszkańców powiatu wieruszowskiego zagr. wykl. społ., w tym dzieci z pieczy zast. i ich otoczenia w okresie 1.VI.2020r.-31.V.2023r". W ramach projektu realizowane będą usługi dla os. nies/ON tj. asystenckie dla 14 os., sąsiedzkie usługi opiekuńcze dla 10 os., usługi opiekuńcze w Dziennym Domu Pomocy dla 25 os., usługi w 1 mieszkaniu treningowym z 4 miejscami dla 13 os., usługi w 3 mieszkaniach wspieranych z 7 miejscami dla 7 os. Ponadto powstanie Klub "Być Razem" dla 25 os.nies/ON włączający w/w osoby do społeczeństwa,przeciwdziałający osamotnieniu i marginalizacji. Prowadzone będą korepetycje dla 16 dzieci z pieczy zast. Zorganizowane zostaną 3 obozy dla łącznie 34 dzieci z pieczy zast. i 27 osób z ich otoczenia(2 integracyjno - terapeutyczne i 1 socjoterapeutyczny). Zakłada się, że po zakończeniu projektu istnieć będą 72 miejsca świadczenia usług społ.Projekt realizowany jest w partnerstwie samorządowych jednostek organizacyjnych Powiatu i 2 Gmin oraz 2 Stowarzyszeń (Polish)

The main objective of the project is: "Increase access to social services/family support and care services by creating/supporting and running places of service in formie:sąsiedzkich care services,care services in DDP,assistance services,assisted housing services,services in the Club “Be Together”, tutoring services and therapeutic/sociotherapeutic camps for residents of the Wierusz powiat złoszów powiat, including children from past care and their surroundings during the period 1.VI.2020r.-31.V.2023r. As part of the project, services will be provided for persons. non-sector/ON, i.e. assistance for 14 persons, neighbourhood care services for 10 persons, care services in the Daily Relief House for 25 persons, services in 1 training apartment with 4 seats for 13 persons, services in 3 apartments supported with 7 seats for 7 persons. In addition, the “Being Together” Club for 25 os.nies/ON includes the above-mentioned people into society, counteracting loneliness and marginalisation. Tutoring for 16 children will be tutored. 3 camps will be organised for a total of 34 children from the care of the estate and 27 people from their surroundings (2 integrative – therapeutic and 1 sociotherapeutic). It is assumed that at the end of the project there will be 72 places of provision of social services. The project is implemented in a partnership of local government organizational units of the District and 2 Municipalities and 2 Associations (English)
