Projekt polega na budowie oczyszczalni ścieków w Przedborzu wraz z modernizacją odcinka kanalizacji sanitarnej. Zasadniczym warunkiem budowy jest zapewnienie wysokich standardów jakości ścieków oczyszczonych, zgodnym z aktualnym stanem prawnym.
