Projekt jest pilotażem realizacji usług społecznych i zdrowotnych w nowej formule Centrum Usług Społecznych w Gminie Srokowo. Adresatami projektu są wszyscy mieszkańcy Gminy Srokowo którzy wyrażą chęć udziału czy skorzystania z oferty usług. Odbiorcami są także pracownicy samorządu i jednostek podległych, współuczestniczący w docieraniu do mieszkańców, programowaniu i realizacji usług społecznych. Do CUS zostaną delegowane z OPS i zatrudnione osoby na nowe stanowiska merytoryczne i administracyjne.Usługi będą realizowane przez CUS i wykonawców - pro (do 50% kosztów bezpośrednich) oraz podmioty wymienione w ustawie o pożytku publicznym (35% kosztów bezpośrednich), ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem lokalnych organizacji. Projekt jest przemyślanym, intensywnym zestawem działań, które mają uruchomić lub wzmocnić procesy społeczne o charakterze samopomocowym, samoorganizowania się, koprodukcji (współudział w świadczeniu usług społecznych). W projekcie uwzględniono obecną sytuację epidemiologiczną, stąd m.in. usługi teleopieki, transmisji internetowych, indywidualnych usług dowozu do miejsc świadczenia usług i inne. Projekt zakłada integrację środowisk kadr lokalnego samorządu i jednostek podległych oraz integrację społeczności tak, by czuła się współodpowiedzialna za swoją sytuację. Długofalowym efektem mającym wpływ na co najmniej 3-letnią trwałość projektu jest z jednej strony możliwość utrzymania większości usług przez samorząd, a z drugiej powstanie lokalnego partnerstwa na rzecz kontynuacji działań i usług społecznych i zdrowotnych, zgodnie z zasadą "nic o nas bez nas".Projekt w każdym działaniuuwzględnia zasady równości szans płci,dostępności dla osób niepełnosprawnych oraz zasady niedyskryminacji. The project is a pilot of social and health services in the new formula of the Social Services Centre in Srokowo Municipality. The addressees of the project are all residents of the Municipality of Srokowo who wish to participate or take advantage of the offer of services. The recipients are also employees of local government and subordinate units, who participate in reaching out to residents, programming and providing social services. The services will be provided by CUS – pro (up to 50 % of direct costs) and entities listed in the Public Benefit Act (35 % of direct costs), with a special focus on local organisations. The project is a thoughtful, intensive set of activities to launch or strengthen social processes of a self-help nature, self-organisation, co-production (participation in the provision of social services). The project takes into account the current epidemiological situation, including telecare services, internet transmissions, individual delivery services to places of service and others. The project involves the integration of local staff and subordinate units and community integration so that they feel co-responsible for their situation. The long-term effect affecting at least three years of project sustainability is, on the one hand, the ability of the local government to maintain most services and, on the other hand, the creation of a local partnership for the continuation of social and health activities and services, in accordance with the principle of “nothing about us without us”. The project takes into account the principles of equal opportunities for gender, accessibility for people with disabilities and the principle of non-discrimination in each action. (English)
