Przedsięwzięcie obejmuje następujące zadania inwestycyjne służące poprawie infrastruktury dostępu do portu morskiego w Świnoujściu od strony lądu: 1. przebudowa drogi powiatowej (ul. Barlickiego) pomiędzy skrzyżowaniami z ul. Wolińską i Dworcową, dł. 4198 m, (trasa prowadzi bezpośrednio przy porcie); 2. budowa nowego odcinka drogi łączącej ulicę Barlickiego z drogą krajową nr 3 (włącznie z przekroczeniem bezkolizyjnym linii kolejowych i dowiązaniem do realizowanego przez Polskie LNG wiaduktu nad ulicą Barlickiego w ciągu ulicy Ku Morzu), dł. 766 m, (trasa bezpośrednio doprowadza ruch do portu); 3. przebudowa drogi powiatowej (ul. Ludzi Morza) pomiędzy skrzyżowaniami z ul. Barlickiego i nowoprojektowaną drogą (tzw. obwodnicą Bazy Las), dł. 1431 m, (droga prowadzi przy m.in. stoczni remontowej); 4. przebudowa odcinka drogi gminnej (ul. Ku Morzu) od bramy wjazdowej do portu do falochronu wschodniego, dł. 700 m, (droga bezpośrednio przy bramie wjazdowej do portu); 5. budowa odcinka drogi (tzw. obwodnicy Bazy Las) pomiędzy drogą krajową nr 3 i ul. Ludzi Morza, dł. 769 m. (trasa skróci dojazd do istniejących i planowanych terenów portowych wzdłuż ul. Ludzi Morza). (Polish)

The project includes the following investment tasks to improve access infrastructure to the seaport of Świnoujście from the land side: 1. reconstruction of the district road (ul. Barlicki) between intersections with ul. Wolinska and Dworcowa, long. 4198 m, (the route runs directly at the port); 2. construction of a new section of the road linking Barlickiego Street with national road no. 3 (including crossing non-collision railway lines and linking the Polish LNG viaduct over Barlickiego street along Ku Sea street), long 766 m, (the route leads directly to the port); 3. reconstruction of the district road (ul. People of the Sea) between intersections with ul. Barlicki and the New Designed Road (the so-called bypass of the Las Basilica), long. 1431 m (the road runs at, inter alia, the repair yard); 4. reconstruction of a section of the municipal road (ul. Towards the Sea) from the entrance gate to the port to the eastern breakwater, long. 700 m, (the road directly at the entrance gate to the port); 5. construction of a section of the road (the so-called “Baza Las ring road”) between national road no. 3 and ul.
