The project is implemented in partnership by TEB Education Sp. z o.o., with the Reha + Foundation, from 01.06.2017 to 31.05.2019 in the region of the Leszczyńsko region. the project aims to mobilise the professional community of 100 people at risk of social exclusion and their environment through the use of social, professional and educational activation instruments. The target group of the project is 100 people living in the region of the Leszno region, including 70os.long-term, and 30-osas. 12 of persons with disabilities, 20 persons belonging to a group of persons or families who fulfil the condition of poverty, who have multiple social exclusion. The project will support the identified needs of the proj contributing to their needs and possibilities: -psychological and occupational diagnosis for each UP, a social skills workshop, active job search and ABC of entrepreneurship and social economy, -training to improve professional qualifications, -job placements, -job placement towards finding and maintaining employment for project participants,\ -psychological and legal support. the project will significantly improve the situation of people at risk of social exclusion and their preservation. implementation of all actions will contribute to achieving the objective of the project and the target values set out in points 4.1 and 4.2 of the application for funding for output and result indicators, including in particular indicators on social and employment efficiency and employment. As a result of the project, a minimum of 23 people will be employed. (English) | |||

Projekt realizowany jest w partnerstwie przez TEB Edukacja Sp. z o.o. z Fundacją REHA+ w okresie od 01.06.2017 do 31.05.2019r. na terenie subregionu leszczyńskiego.CELEM PROJEKTU jest aktywizacja społeczno- zawodowa 100 osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym i ich otoczenia poprzez wykorzystanie instrumentów aktywizacji społecznej, zawodowej i edukacyjnej. GRUPĘ DOCELOWĄ projektu stanowi 100 osób mieszkających na terenie subregionu leszczyńskiego, w tym 70os.długotrwale bezr., 30os. biernych zaw. 12 os. z niepełnosprawnościami, 20os. należących do grupy osób lub rodzin spełniających przesłankę ubóstwa, doświadczających wielokrotnego wykluczenia społecznego. W ramach projektu zaplanowano realizację wsparcia odpowiadającego na zidentyfikowane potrzeby Uczestników/-czek proj, które będzie dostosowane do ich potrzeb i możliwości:-diagnozę psychologiczną i zawodową (IPD) dla każdego UP,-warsztaty umiejętności społecznych, aktywnego poszukiwania pracy i ABC przedsiębiorczości oraz ekonomii społecznej,-szkolenia zaw. służące podniesieniu kwalifikacji zawodowych,-staże zawodowe,-pośrednictwo pracy w kierunku znalezienia i utrzymania zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu,\-wsparcie psychologiczne i prawne.Dzięki udziałowi w projekcie znacznie poprawi się sytuacja osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym i ich otoczenia.Realizacja wszystkich ww.działań wpłynie na osiągnięcie celu projektu i wartości docelowych założonych w punkcie 4.1 i 4.2 wniosku o dofinansowanie wskaźników produktu i rezultatu, w tym w szczególności wskaźników dotyczących efektywności społeczno-zatrudnieniowej i zatrudnieniowej.
