Projekt odpowiada na zdiagnozowane potrzeby gospodarki w sektorach istotnych z punktu widzenia RIS dla Wielkopolski na lata 2015-2020. Działania w projekcie: - weryfikacja 90 pomysłów biznesowych i weryfikacja psychologiczna 90 os. na poziomie rekrutacji do projektu, -opracowanie dla 45 os. indywidualnych prog. rozwoju, które wyznaczą etapy zakładania dział. gosp., - objęcie wsparciem merytoryczno – doradczym 45 os. chcących rozpocząć dział.gos., które podwyższą kwalifikacje przydatne w założeniu własnej firmy, -nabycie przez 45 os. wiedzy z zakresu przedsiębiorczości, komunikacji w biznesie i zarządzania czasem, - wsparcie finansowe 36 przyszłych przedsiębiorców, którzy uruchomią dział. gosp., - wsparcie pomostowe przez okres 7 mies, wypłacane 36 przedsiębiorcom zakładającym działa. w ramach projektu, - wsparcie szkoleniowe 14 UP, zapewniające uznawane certyfikaty i kwalifikacje adekwatne do wybranego kierunku rozwoju działalności, - zwiększenie świadomości mieszkańców powiatu poprzez akcję informacyjną w mediach lokalnych na rzecz samo zatrudnienia i tworzenia nowych miejsc pracy, w ramach dobrych praktyk.
