    Przedsięwzięcie polega na zaprojektowaniu i budowę drogi obsługującej tereny inwestycyjne w rejonie ul. Inwestorskiej w Kaliszu.Przyjęto następujące parametry:-drogi klasy L – długość około 810 metrów o nawierzchni bitumicznej,-przekrój uliczny jednojezdniowy dwupasowy 2x3,5 m ,-kategoria ruchu KR4 i KR 5-prędkość projektowa 50 km/h ,-rondo czterowlotowe średnicy 40 m,-chodnik jednostronny z płyt betonowych 1,5 m wzdłuż dróg oraz po obwiedni ronda,-ścieżka rowerowa jednostronna 2,5 m wzdłuż dróg,-zjazd publiczny do przyszłego obiektu przemysłowego,-pętla autobusowa z peronem i dodatkowymi dwoma miejscami postojowymi dla pojazdów ciężarowych,-pas zieleni między jezdnią a ścieżką rowerową 1,0 ,-rezerwa terenu pod przyszłą infrastrukturę – 6,00 m w której umiejscowione będą rów przydrożny i kanał deszczowy po stronie przeciwnej niż chodnik i ścieżka rowerowa,-linia kablowa oświetlenia wraz z latarniami,-rów otwarty oraz kanalizacja deszczowa.Realizacja projektu ma zapewnić skomunikowanie terenów inwestycyjnych w rejonie ul. Inwestorskiej w Kaliszu z istniejącą siecią drogową.Tereny inwestycyjne, których skomunikowanie umożliwi budowana w ramach projektu droga należą do Strefy Gospodarczej Dobrzec – Zachód o powierzchni 80.64 ha. Tereny, które obsługiwać będzie droga objęta projektem, mają powierzchnię 28,89 ha.Planowane powiększenie terenów inwestycyjnych - Miasto Kalisz planuje objąć miejscowym planem zagospodarowania przestrzennego 60 ha terenów zlokalizowanych bezpośrednio w sąsiedztwie Strefy Gospodarczej Dobrzec Zachód, w tym 16 ha bezpośrednio przylegających do planowanej ulicy.Osiągnięte zostaną następujące efekty rzeczowe (produkty) projektu w 2018 r.:-Długość wybudowanych dróg gminnych-0,810 km;- Liczba wybudowanych lub przebudowanych zatok autobusowych: 1 szt.- Długości wybudowanych dróg dla rowerów: 0,880 km- Długość wybudowanych lub przebudowanych chodników: 1,015 km (Polish)
