The aim of the project is to activate a person aged over 29, residing in the District of Kościański, who are unemployed, registered in the PUP in Kościan, classified under the first or second categories of aid (within the meaning of Article 33 of the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions of 20 April 2004) belonging to one or more of the following groups: long-term unemployed, women, people with disabilities, the low-skilled, people aged 50 and over. The project will provide the possibility to carry out an individual and comprehensive activation of education and training, based on at least two individual and comprehensive aid elements identified in the types of operations, whereby the Individual Action Plan and job matching or career guidance shall constitute a mandatory form of support. Therefore, following mandatory forms of support, participants will benefit from the following labour market instruments and services: traineeships, vocational training, subsidised employment in the form of intervention work or reimbursement of equipment/retrofitting work stations, and one-off measures for setting up a business. In total, the programme will cover 92 people, including 57 women. The project is implemented in accordance with the rules set out in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects involving the European Social Fund in the area of the labour market 2014-2020. POWIAT KOŚCIAŃSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W KOŚCIANIE

Celem projektu jest aktywizacja zawodowa osób powyżej 29 roku życia, zamieszkałych na terenie powiatu kościańskiego, pozostających bez pracy, zarejestrowanych w PUP w Kościanie, zakwalifikowanych do I lub II profilu pomocy (w rozumieniu art. 33 ustawy o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r.), należących do co najmniej jednej z następujących grup: osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej. W ramach projektu zapewniona zostanie możliwość realizacji indywidualnej i kompleksowej aktywizacji zawodowo-edukacyjnej, która opierać się będzie na co najmniej dwóch elementach indywidualnej i kompleksowej pomocy, wskazanych w typach operacji, przy czym Indywidualny Plan Działania oraz pośrednictwo pracy lub poradnictwo zawodowe stanowią obligatoryjna formę wsparcia. W związku z tym, po udzieleniu obligatoryjnych form wsparcia, uczestnicy skorzystają z następujących instrumentów i usług rynku pracy: staże, szkolenia zawodowe, subsydiowane zatrudnienie w postaci prac interwencyjnych lub refundacji kosztów wyposażenia/doposażenia stanowiska pracy oraz jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej. Ogółem programem objęte zostaną 92 osoby, w tym 57 kobiet. Projekt realizowany jest zgodnie z zasadami określonymi w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020.
