Das FutureSilicon-HV Projekt hat zum Ziel, die Hochvolt-Siliziumtechnologien noch näher an die physikalischen Limits zu bringen. Da die Si-Technologien deutlich günstiger sind als die neuen WBG-Technologien beherrschen sie noch auf Jahre den Markt. (German)
