Projekta mērķis ir saglabāt un uzlabot Ozolnieku novada iedzīvotāju (jo īpaši teritoriālās nabadzības un sociālās atstumtības riskam pakļauto iedzīvotāju) veselību un novērst nevienlīdzību veselības jomā, īstenojot mērķtiecīgus veselības veicināšanas un slimību profilakses pasākumus tādās jomās kā uzturs, fiziskās aktivitātes, profilaktisko pārbaužu veicināšana, atkarību izraisošo vielu lietošanas, hronisko slimību profilakse, psiho emocionālā stresa novēršana u.c. Mērķa sasniegšanai plānots īstenot vietēja mēroga pasākumus minētajās jomās visos novada pagastos un laika posmā no 2017.līdz 2020.gadam iesaistīt slimību profilakses un veselību veicinošos pasākumos vismaz 1721 mērķa grupas pārstāvi. Projekta kopējais finansējums ir 203025.00 eiro, no kuriem 85% sedz ESF. (Latvian)
