The aim of the project shall be: To contribute to energy efficiency improvement in the building Z.Meierovica prospekts 31, Jurmala by insulation of exterior walls and basement, replacement of existing windows and showcases, replacement of existing glazed doors, as well as improvement of heating system. Insulation of external structures of the building, evaluate replacement of existing windows and showcases, evaluate replacement of existing glazed doors, as well as improve heating system.The planned duration of the project: 22 months from the signing of the contract, contract period from January 2019 to quarter IV.2020 (October).Project total eligible costs: EUR 298975. To ensure implementation of the project, in addition to eligible costs, additional funding is planned to cover ineligible costs.Project’s planned results: In the building Z.Meierovica prospekts 31, Jūrmala, the planned energy efficiency improvement measures were implemented. Projekta mērķis: Sniegt ieguldījumu energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanā ēkā Z.Meierovica prospektā 31, Jūrmalā, veicot ārsienu un pagraba siltināšanu, esošo logu un vitrīnu nomaiņu, esošo stikloto durvju nomaiņu, kā arī pilnveidojot apkures sistēmu.Projekta galvenās darbības: ēkas ārējo konstrukciju siltināšana, izvērtēt esošo logu un vitrīnu nomaiņu, izvērtēt esošo stikloto durvju nomaiņu, kā arī pilnveidojot apkures sistēmu.Projekta plānotais ilgums: 22 mēneši no līguma parakstīšanas brīža, līguma darbības periods no 2019.gada janvāra līdz 2020.gada IV.ceturksnim (oktobrim).Projekta kopējās attiecināmās izmaksas: 298 975 EUR.Projekta ieviešanas nodrošināšanai papildus attiecināmajām izmaksām plānots papildu finansējums neattiecināmo izmaksu segšanai.Projekta plānotie rezultāti: Ēkā Z.Meierovica prospektā 31, Jūrmalā, īstenoti paredzētie energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas pasākumi.
