The aim of the project is the construction of a new industrial production building in Kurzeme region, Liepāja, Meldru iela 8, in order to lease it to the manufacturing industry, RIS3 specialisation SME merchant, thus promoting the establishment and development of its economic activity.In order to achieve the project goal, the supporting documentation of the project (construction project) has been prepared, the procurement procedure iub.gov.lv has been carried out to determine the construction of the construction works and the project will be carried out in order to achieve the project’s goal. 2.Industrial premises will be leased to one SME of manufacturing industry, which will establish a new economic activity by introducing five different types of metal surface processing services and will create at least 37 new jobs;3.Private financing, which is involved in the implementation of the project EUR 3 280 746.55.As a result of the project, industrial fields with a total area of 7 777.96 sq.m., which will be used for the establishment of the economic activity of manufacturing merchant SIA “Industrial Coating Systems”. SIA "Industrial Coating Systems" is the target group of the support measure, because SIA "Industrial Coating Systems" 1) is a manufacturing company, its scope according to NACE Rev. 2 is 25.61 "Metal surface processing and coating; 2) are SMEs; 3) carry out “Smart Materials, Technologies and Engineering Systems” in the area of specialisation defined by RIS3. SIA “Industrial Coating Systems” plans to introduce five different types of metal surface treatment or services, thus offering the widest range of metal surface treatment and coating services in the Baltic region. SIA “ICS Property” has concluded a long-term production building lease agreement with the duration of the project from 29 April 2019 to 29 July 2037, i.e. 18 years and 2 months with SIA “Industrial Coating Systems”.The total eligible costs of the project are EUR 3 333 333.34, from which it is planned to receive ERDF support of EUR 1 500 000.The project is planned to be implemented from 01.2021 to 06.2022. or 18 months. Projekta mērķis ir jaunas rūpnieciskās ražošanas ēkas izbūve Kurzemes reģionā, Liepājā, Meldru ielā 8, lai to iznomātu apstrādes rūpniecības nozares, RIS3 specializācijas MVU komersantam, tādejādi veicinot tā saimnieciskās darbības izveidošanos un attīstību.Lai sasniegtu projekta mērķi, ir sagatavota projekta pamatojošā dokumentācija (būvprojekts), veikta iepirkuma procedūra iub.gov.lv, lai noteiktu būvdarbu veicēju un projekta ietvaros tiks:•veikti ražošanas ēkas būvdarbi.Projekta īstenošanas sasniedzamie rezultāti:1.Rūpnieciskās ražošanas ēkas jaunbūve, izveidojot industriālās telpas ar kopējo platību 7 777,96 kv.m; 2.Industriālās telpas tiks iznomātas vienam apstrādes rūpniecības MVU, kas izveidos jaunu saimniecisko darbību, ieviešot ražošanā piecus dažādus metāla virsmu apstrādes pakalpojumu veidus un radīs vismaz 37 jaunas darba vietas;3.Privātais finansējums, kas piesaistīts projekta īstenošanai 3 280 746,55 eiro.Projekta īstenošanas rezultātā tiks izveidotas industriālās teplas ar kopējo platību 7 777,96 kv.m, kuras tiks izmantotas apstrādes rūpniecības komersanta SIA “Industrial Coating Systems” saimnieciskās darbības izveidošanai. SIA “Industrial Coating Systems” ir atbalsta pasākuma mērķa grupa, jo SIA “Industrial Coating Systems” 1) ir apstrādes rūpniecības komersants, tā darbības joma saskaņā ar NACE 2 red ir 25.61 “Metāla virsmu apstrāde un pārklāšana; 2) ir MVU; 3) veiks saimniecisko RIS3 noteiktajā specializācijas jomā “Viedie materiāli, tehnoloģijas un inženiersistēmas”. SIA “Industrial Coating Systems” plāno ieviest ražošanā piecus dažādus metāla virsmu apstrādes veidus jeb pakalpojumus, tādejādi piedāvājot plašāko metāla virsmu apstrādes un pārklāšanas pakalpojumu klāstu Baltijas reģionā. SIA "ICS Property" ir noslēdzis ilgtermiņa ražošanas ēkas nomas līgumu ar darbības termiņu no 2019.gada 29.aprīļa līdz 2037.gada 29.jūlijam, t.i. 18 gadiem un 2 mēnešiem ar SIA "Industrial Coating Systems".Projekta kopējās attiecināmās izmaksas ir 3 333 333,34 eiro, no kurām paredzēts saņemt ERAF atblastu 1 500 000 eiro apmērā.Projekta īstenošana plānota no 01.2021. līdz 06.2022. jeb 18 mēnešus.
