Tests carried out by the applicant to adapt the classical measurement system to the new tasks resulting from harmonic measurements have confirmed that modern spacers, which are used to measure the power and also to measure parameters of metrological quality of electricity, require additional precision measurements. the investment is designed to produce a qualified research laboratory which will be equipped with advanced current transformers and also low and medium voltage spacers used mainly in the energy sector. The most important element of this process is the verification of the accuracy of the equipment produced which has to comply with the applicable standards. Innovative solutions applied in the laboratory will enable more efficient and effective action than traditional methods. The investment aims at the introduction of an innovative technology using modern technical solutions placed on the market by European manufacturers. the investment will be made up of a purchase of: 1. Faraday cage (1 medium), 2. measurement set for testing of low and medium voltage transmissions with software (a set of 1 durable and 1 intangible assets), 4. hardware with software (3 fixed assets and 1 intangible assets), 1. office furniture including software (2 fixed assets and 2 intangible assets); 5. office furniture (1 fixed assets); 6. Badania przeprowadzone przez wnioskodawcę w celu dostosowywania klasycznego układu pomiarowego do nowych zadań wynikających z pomiarów harmonicznych potwierdziły, że współczesne przekładniki, które używane są do pomiaru mocy a także do pomiaru parametrów jakości metrologicznej energii elektrycznej, wymagają dodatkowych pomiarów dokładności.Inwestycja ma na celu przygotowanie specjalistycznego laboratorium badawczego, w którym za pomocą nowoczesnych rozwiązań zostaną sprawdzone przekładniki prądowe a także przekładniki niskiego i średniego napięcia wykorzystywane głownie w energetyce. Najważniejszym elementem tego procesu jest sprawdzenie dokładności wyprodukowanych urządzeń, które muszą być zgodne z obowiązującymi normami. Innowacyjne rozwiązania zastosowane w laboratorium umożliwią sprawniejsze i bardziej efektywne działanie niż przy tradycyjnych metodach. Inwestycja ma na celu wprowadzenie innowacyjnej technologii wykorzystującej nowoczesne rozwiązania techniczne wprowadzone na rynek przez europejskich producentów.Inwestycja składać się będzie z zakupu:1. klatki Faradaya (1 środek trwały),2. zestawu pomiarowego do sprawdzania przekładników niskiego i średniego napięcia wraz z oprogramowaniem (komplet tworzący 1 środek trwały i 1 wartość niematerialna i prawna),3. zestawu pomiarowego do sprawdzania przekładników prądowych wraz z oprogramowaniem (komplet tworzący 1 środek trwały i 1 jedną wartość niematerialną i prawną),4. sprzętu komputerowego wraz z oprogramowaniem (2 środki trwałe i 2 wartości niematerialne i prawne),5. mebli biurowych (komplet tworzący 1 środek trwały),6. urządzenia wielofunkcyjnego (1 środek trwały).W ramach inwestycji zostaną przygotowane dwa stanowiska badawcze:1. stanowisko do badania przekładników niskiego i średniego napięcia,2. stanowisko do badania przekładników prądowych.W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną zatrudnione 2 osoby do obsługi opisanych stanowisk.Projekt skierowany będzie głównie do firm działających na terenie całej Polski.
