The target group will include both unemployed (registered and non-registered) as well as inactive persons as well as workers in the final employment period. The project provides a comprehensive and tailor-made approach for each participant, offering a broad catalogue of forms of support, including a training path (from career guidance and individual pathways to further career, through courses and training to acquire qualifications and competences or professional competences, to traineeships in enterprises, to employment intermediation) and grants (preparing for economic activity and providing financial support for its establishment — up to PLN 25.000 per month — and starting up to PLN 2000 per month for the first year). Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie szans zatrudnieniowych na rynku pracy grupy 263 mieszkańców subregionu olsztyńskiego (powiaty: bartoszycki, kętrzyński, lidzbarski, mrągowski, nidzicki, olsztyński i m.Olsztyn, szczycieński) pozostających bez pracy wskutek świeżego (do 6 miesięcy) zwolnienia przez zakład pracy albo zagrożonych zwolnieniem (w okresie wypowiedzenia). W grupie docelowej znajdą się zarówno osoby bezrobotne (zarejestrowane oraz niezarejestrowane), jak i bierne zawodowo, a także pracownicy w końcowym okresie zatrudnienia. Projekt przewiduje kompleksowe i zindywidualizowane podejście do każdego z uczestników, oferując szeroki katalog form wsparcia – w tym ścieżkę szkoleniową (od poradnictwa zawodowego i ustalenia indywidualnej drogi dalszej kariery, poprzez kursy i szkolenia pozwalające nabyć kwalifikacje i uprawnienia lub kompetencje zawodowe, do staży w przedsiębiorstwach, kończąc na pośrednictwie pracy i zatrudnieniu) oraz dotacyjną (przygotowanie do prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej i udzielenie wsparcia finansowego na jej założenie – do 25.000 zł jednorazowo - i rozruch – do 2000 zł miesięcznie przez pierwszy rok).
