Project objective: Professional activation in 2017 20 (including 12 inactive people, 8 unemployed, 14 women and 6 men) of age. 29 years of life with disabled persons living in the area of the Elbląg Region 1. Identification of needs and diagnosis of opportunities for in-service training will start with individual and group advice. The advice will aim at a detailed diagnosis of the psychosocial potential of each participant and the professional predisposition. 2. Soft skills support Workshop run by a trainer of psychosocial skills. 3. Professional training will be provided (for communication reasons in Elbląg). 4. 70 % trainee traineeships — 14 participants (according to the needs and possibilities) will be assigned to the 3-month traineeship. 5. Assisted employment trends will support participants in job-search, traineeships and initial employment. 6. The participants will be able to benefit from the support of a professional adviser and a trainer of psychosocial skills. 7. The placement of job coaches will actively seek work for all participants, meet employers. They will be offered a job. Ultimately, there will be a minimum of 7 people (including their previous trainees). Audience: 20 persons with a disability because of eyesight are resident in the region of Elbląg. Results and results: 6 people will undertake employment efficiency in employment for persons with disabilities: 33 % of women’s employment efficiency is 39 %. (English)

    Cel projektu: Aktywizacja zawodowa w roku 2017 20 osób (w tym 12 osób biernych zawodowo, 8 bezrobotnych, 14 kobiet i 6 mężczyzn) w wieku pow. 29 r. życia niepełnosprawnych wzrokowo zamieszkałych na obszarze subregionu elbląskiego Zadania: 1. Identyfikacja potrzeb i diagnoza możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego Uczestnictwo w projekcie rozpocznie się od indywidualnego i grupowego doradztwa. Doradztwo będzie miało na celu szczegółową diagnozę potencjału psychospołecznego każdego uczestnika i predyspozycji zawodowych. 2. Wsparcie umiejętności miękkich Warsztaty grupowe prowadzone przez trenera umiejętności psychospołecznych. 3. Szkolenia zawodowe Przeprowadzone zostaną szkolenia zawodowe (ze względów komunikacyjnych w Elblągu). 4. Staże 70% uczestników - 14 os. (zgodnie z potrzebami i możliwościami) zostanie skierowanych na 3-miesięczny staż. 5. Zatrudnienie wspomagane Trenerzy pracy będą wspierać uczestników w poszukiwaniu pracy, na stażach, oraz w początkowym okresie zatrudnienia. 6. Doradztwo Uczestnicy będą mogli korzystać ze wsparcia doradcy zawodowego oraz trenera umiejętności psychospołecznych. 7. Pośrednictwo pracy Trenerzy pracy będą aktywnie poszukiwać pracy dla wszystkich uczestników, spotykać się z pracodawcami. Każdemu przedstawią oferty pracy. Docelowo min. 7 osób (w tym m.in. wcześniejsi stażyści) zostanie zatrudnionych. Grupa docelowa: 20 osób niepełnosprawnych z powodu wzroku zamieszkała na obszarze subregionu elbląskiego. Efekty i rezultaty: 6 osób podejmie zatrudnienie efektywność zatrudnieniowa wśród osób niepełnosprawnych - 33% efektywność zatrudnieniowa wśród kobiet - 39%. (Polish)
