Among the participants in the project (UP), the inactive will account for at least 25 % (min.12.), for the frost-free day at least 20 % (min.10os), of os.aby. registered at the employment offices of not more than 55 % (max.24os). the effect of implementing the job is to achieve an employment performance indicator for the low skilled 38 %. An innovative PROFIL tool developed under pr will be used. Profiling free of concern. as an instrument to extend the activity of an agr.requiring specific support (UDA-POKL.06.01.01-04-118/10-00), the purpose of an organ shall be to facilitate the early and precise identification of the shchenko, and to indicate which of the professional types minimise the anticipated duration of the job.     Celem projektu jest podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia w terminie 1.8.2017-31.7.2018r u 46uczestników projektu(w tym 28K)w wieku powyżej 29r.ż. o niskich kwalifikacjach (do ISCED 3) poprzez objęcie ich kompleksowym wsparciem, obejmującym diagnozę, identyfikację potrzeb, IPD, poradnictwo zaw. i pośred. pracy, szkol.i staże - wybrane i zastosowane zg ze zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami i wytyczonej ścieżką rozwoju zawodowego(IPD), co umożliwi wejście/powrót tych os. na rynek pracy Zadania przewidziane w pr.: -Identyfikacja potrzeb uczestników pr. oraz opracowanie/aktualizacja dla każdego UP IPD -Doradztwo i poradnictwo zawodowe oraz pośrednictwo pracy -Szkolenia zawodowe -Staże zawodowe Grupę docel. stanowi 46osób(w tym 28 K) w wieku powyżej 50 r.ż. zamieszkujących w roz. przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego na obszarze subregionu elbląskiego(powiaty: braniewski, działdowski, elbląski,iławski, nowomiejski, ostródzki, m. Elbląg) należących do następujących grup: osoby bezrob., nieaktywne/bierne zawodowo. Wśród uczestników projektu(UP) os.bierne zawodowo będą stanowiły co najmniej 25%(min.12os.), os.bezrob. niezarejestrowane w urzędach pracy–co najmniej 20%(min.10os), os.bezrob. zarejestrowane w urzędach pracy -nie więcej niż 55%(max.24os) Gł.efektem realizacji jest osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla os.o niskich kwalifikacjach 38%. W pr. wykorzystane będzie innowacyjne narzędzie PROFIL wypracowane w ramach pr. Profilowanie bezrob. jako instrument wydłużania aktywności zaw.gr.wymagających szczeg.wsparcia(UDA-POKL.06.01.01-04-118/10-00), gł. celem narz. jest ułatwianie wczesnej i precyzyjnej identyfikacji os.szczeg.zagrożonych długotrwałym bezrob.i wskazanie, który z typów szk.zawodowych najbardziej skraca przewidywany okres pozostawania bez pracy (Polish)
