Phases of the project: preparatory work, construction work, supervision (authorship, investor) and promotion. The project is part of the establishment of ROP WiM 2014-2020, priority axis 6. Culture and heritage, 6.2.3-6.2 Natural Heritage, PPO 6 Efficient use of resources, objective: Preserving and protecting the environment and promoting resource efficiency, priority for investment.6c: Preserving, protecting, promoting and developing natural and cultural heritage; maintain the competitive advantage of Warmia and Mazury region on the basis of natural heritage resources. It is eligible for scheme A. The project uses the natural heritage of surface waters and protected areas for the extension of the offer to the tourist. The route will be created and the route will be made available. Built paths are complementary to existing infrastructure, tourism routes designated by PTCT and others of local and supra-local importance. The infrastructure will be extended to tourists and the inhabitants of the city throughout the year, regardless of the weather and without the risk of over-absorption of the site and undue anthropogenic pressure. The project will make it possible to concentrate traffic in the demarcated area and prevent a uncontrolled exploration of the natural valuable nature of the region’s Lower Drainage Valley. A project based on natural resources that respect the environment makes it possible to maintain the competitive advantage of Warmia and Mazury on other regions. (English)

    Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa ścieżek rower. z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą nad rz.Iławką objętą Obszarem Chronionego Krajobraz Doliny Dolnej Drwęcy w Iławie. Obejmuje wykonanie śc.rowerowej od ul.Ostródzkiej (DK16) przez Wyspę Młyńską, budowę kładki przez rz.Iławkę, ścieżki od kładki do torów kolej.linii 353 Poznań-Skandawa, wykonanie oświetlenia i monitoringu ciągów celem zapewnienia bezpiecznego przemieszczania się turysty rowerowego. Etapy projektu: prace przygotowawcze, roboty budowlane, nadzór (autorski, inwestorski) i promocja. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020, oś priorytet.6. Kultura i dziedzictwo, dział.6.2 Dziedzictwo naturalne, Poddział.6.2.3 Efektywne wykorzystanie zasobów, realizuje 6 cel temat.: Zachowanie i ochrona środowiska oraz promowanie efektywnego gospodarowania zasobami, priorytet inwest.6c: Zachowanie, ochrona, promowanie i rozwój dziedzictwa naturalnego i kulturowego, cel szczeg.: utrzymanie przewagi konkurencyjnej Warmii i Mazur nad innymi regionami w oparciu o zasoby dziedzictwa naturalnego.
