A operação configura um investimento para melhoria e aumento do acesso das populações de alguns aglomerados habitacionais no concelho de Espinho a serviços de SAR de elevada qualidade, simultaneamente reduzindo os níveis de poluição das massas de água.O resultado da operação é um fecho de rede do sistema de SAR, por via da implementação de infraestruturas que permitam encaminhar todo o efluente doméstico gerado para a ETAR de Espinho.
