The object of the project is the renovation of the old tower building, as well as the development of the land around the tower in the area of cadastral parcels No 21/6 and 26, in Ryn. The investment site is located near Ryn. Tower technical parameters: built area 51.5 m², usable area 112.3 m², volume 1 083.0 m³, height 26,5, m, 4 floor, ground floor, each with a height of 3 m. The building will be equipped with: electric, water and sewerage, telematics and alarm systems with monitoring, o. — electric radiators, against fire (signalling) and lightning control. The work related to the rehabilitation of the water tower includes: Renovation and construction of the tower, installation of a wider-lift installation, construction of a visual terrace, a sanitary terrace, — paving the existing walk — hard stone, with a surface area of 392 m², — construction of a paved tower around a tower connecting to walking line, with a surface area of 90 m², — a green collar in the form of lawns in a surface area of 529 m², — small architecture: wooden benches (2 units) with waste bin, — external lighting (LED lights — 4 units). The aim of the project is to increase the potential of tourism by protecting and preserving cultural heritage. The regeneration of the heritage tower and making it available for tourism purposes will make it more attractive to tourists. It is one of the most typical monuments in the municipality whose management for services — tourism is an opportunity to attract more tourists, by creating an attractive tourist facility, thus preserving the cultural heritage of the monument according to the assumptions set out in the SZOOP ROP WZM 2014-2020. Przedmiotem projektu jest rewitalizacja budynku dawnej wieży ciśnień, a także zagospodarowanie terenu wokół wieży na obszarze działek ewidencyjnych nr 21/6 i 26, w miejscowości Ryn. Teren inwestycji znajduje się w pobliżu centrum miejscowości Ryn. Parametry techniczne wieży: powierzchnia zabudowy 51,5 m2, powierzchnia użytkowa 112,3 m2, kubatura 1 083,0 m3, wysokość 26,5,m, 4 kondygnacje, parter, każde o wysokości 3m. Budynek wyposażony będzie w instalacje: elektryczną, wodociągową i kanalizacyjną, teletechniczną i alarmową z monitoringiem, c.o. - grzejniki elektryczne, przeciw pożarową (sygnalizacyjna i oddymiającą) oraz odgromową. Prace związane z rewitalizacją wieży ciśnień obejmują: - prace remontowo-budowlane wieży, instalacja windy osobowej wew., budowa tarasu widokowego, sanitariaty, - utwardzenie istniejącego ciągu pieszo – jezdnego z kostki kamiennej, o powierzchni 392 m2, - budowę utwardzonego chodnika wokół wieży, łączącego się z ciągiem pieszo – jezdnym, o powierzchni 90 m2, - nasadzenie zieleni w postaci trawników na powierzchni 529 m2, - mała architektura: drewniane ławki (2 szt.) z koszem na śmieci, - oświetlenie zewnętrzne terenu (latarnie LED – 4 szt.). Celem projektu jest wzrost potencjału turystycznego poprzez ochronę i zachowanie dziedzictwa kulturowego. Rewitalizacja zabytkowej wieży ciśnień i udostępnienie jej na cele turystyczne przyczyni się do podniesienia atrakcyjności turystycznej miejscowości. Jest to jeden z najbardziej charakterystycznych zabytków na terenie gminy, którego zagospodarowanie na cele usługowo – turystyczne jest szansą na przyciągnięcie większej ilości turystów, poprzez stworzenie atrakcyjnego obiektu pod względem turystycznym, tym samym zachowując dziedzictwo kulturowe zabytku, zgodnie z założeniami określonymi w SZOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020.
