A operação integra uma estratégia de intervenção formativa que passa por um alinhamento entre as formulações programáticas dos cursos e os domínios de intervenção. Atendendo a este facto criaram-se três planos curriculares diferenciados, onde o peso das temáticas que visam o reforço da auto-estima e das temáticas empregabilidade foram os vectores diferenciadores.
