Gr. docelową stanowi 109 dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym. Dla nowoutworzonych w ramach typu 1.1. 92 miejsc w wieku 3-5 lat z OP, 2 dzieci z orzeczeniem o potrzebie kształ. specjalnego z uwagi na niepełnosprawn., i ich rodzice. Zad. pr. to: - doposażenie PML i jego nowego oddziału, - finans. bieżąc.funkcjon. nowo utworz.miejsc - 92 miejsc, - realizacja zaj.dodatk. dla 63 dz. oraz realizacja wsparcia wobec dzieci ON i zajęcia pedagogizacji dla 109 rodziców.
