The necessity of the project is due to the conservation status of the site, which needs to be maintained and protected against further degradation. The maintenance programme shall comprise: the maintenance of the surface of the walls and the shop of the old, covered and brittle Church of the Parish Church of the th century. The direct objective of the project is to increase the accessibility of the cultural resources of the region of Świętokrzyskie region by preserving and securing the cultural heritage site with the adaptation to tourist functions. With the objectives of the investment priority 6c, the conservation, protection, promotion and development of the regional heritage and cultural heritage of ROP WŚ 2014-2020, Priority IV, Measure 4.4 Conservation of cultural and natural heritage. The project will result in a product indicator (key): “Number of immovable heritage objects supported” — 1 as well as result indicators: “The increase of the expected number of visits to supported sites belonging to the cultural and natural heritage and tourist attractions” — 590, “Employment growth in supported entities (other than enterprises (FTE)” -0, “Number of jobs created — other forms (FTE)” -0. The project will result in the conservation of one heritage site prior to the destruction and support of the project, measured from the signature of the grant agreement to the time of the investment, at the latest by the time of the final payment request. Przedmiotem inwestycji jest konserwacja techniczna i estetyczna kościoła parafialnego pw. Świętej Trójcy w Zawichoście. Konieczność realizacji projektu wynika ze stanu zachowania obiektu, który wymaga konserwacji i zabezpieczenia przed dalszym procesem degradacji. Program konserwatorski obejmuje: konserwację powierzchni ścian i sklepień nawy, zakrystii i krucht Kościoła Parafialnego p.w. Świętej Trójcy. Celem bezpośrednim projektu jest zwiększenie dostępności zasobów kulturowych regionu woj. świętokrzyskiego poprzez zachowanie i zabezpieczenie obiektu dziedzictwa kulturowego wraz z dostosowaniem do funkcji turystycznych. Cel projektu jest zg. z celami Priorytetu inwestycyjnego 6c. zachowanie, ochrona, promowanie i rozwój dziedzictwa naturalnego i kulturowego RPO WŚ na lata 2014-2020, Oś Priorytetowa IV, Działanie 4.4 Zachowanie dziedzictwa kulturowego i naturalnego. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostanie osiągnięty wskaźnik produktu (kluczowy): "Liczba zabytków nieruchomych objętych wsparciem" - 1 a także wskaźniki rezultatu: „Wzrost oczekiwanej liczby odwiedzin w objętych wsparciem miejscach należących do dziedzictwa kulturalnego i naturalnego oraz stanowiących atrakcje turystyczne” – 590, "Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach (innych niż przedsiębiorstwa( EPC)" -0, "Liczba nowo utworzonych miejsc pracy - pozostałe formy (EPC)" -0. Efektem projektu będzie zachowanie jednego obiektu zabytkowego przed zniszczeniem i wsparciem w ramach projektu, mierzone od podpisania umowy o dofinansowanie do czasu rzeczowego odbioru inwestycji, najpóźniej do czasu końcowego wniosku o płatność.
