    Nas sessões de mindfulness na sala de aula, os alunos treinam o seu “músculo da atenção”: ouvir um som até ao fim prestar atenção às sensações do corpo reparar como se está a sentir agora, etc. Ao longo do projeto estas práticas vão sendo interiorizadas e integradas no dia-a-dia das crianças/adolescentes, dando-lhes uma maior consciência do seu foco, dos seus padrões de pensamento e uma maior presença nas situações que vive no agora.
