The application for the 6th edition 6th Edition of PEPAL emerges as an added value in order to aggregate the different areas, such as the Planning and Management of the Territory, Information Technology, Management, Environment Engineering, Design and Applied Languages, which will jointly improve and strengthen the services of the Municipality in a transversal manner, and respond to new challenges such as the integration of Barcelos into the network of creative cities of UNESCO.
