Planowana inwestycja polegać będzie na zakupie i montażu 1 instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 39,975 kW na dachu budynku usługowego firmy "AREX" Arkadiusz Karpik zlokalizowanego na działkach nr 30/7 i 30/10 w miejscowości Tolejny z wykorzystaniem 123 szt. paneli fotowoltaicznych. Do realizacji przedmiotowej inwestycji nie są wymagane pozwolenie na budowę, ani uzyskanie decyzji środowiskowej. Uzyskana energia będzie wykorzystywana na potrzeby własne przedsiębiorstwa. Realizacja projektu jest uzasadniona zarówno ekonomicznie, środowiskowo, społecznie i gospodarczo oraz przyczyni się do osiągania założonych przez Unię Europejską wytycznych. Etapy realizacji: 1. Etap przygotowań –wybór wykonawcy zgodnie z zasadą konkurencyjności 2. Etap Wdrożenia- zakup i montaż: a) paneli fotowoltaicznych (123 szt.) b) inwerter (1 szt. 40 kW) c) układ pomiarowy (1 kpl.) d) instalacja odgromowa (1 kpl.) e) połączenia wyrównawcze (1 kpl.) f) instalacja przeciwprzepięciowa (1 kpl.) g) ochrona od porażeń (1 kpl.) Projekt jest zgodny ze Strategią rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego województwa warmińsko- mazurskiego do roku 2025 oraz wpisuje się w SZOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 gdyż przyczynia się do realizacji zaplanowanych ww. dokumentach celów w tym celu tematycznego działania Wspieranie przejścia na gospodarkę niskoemisyjną we wszystkich sektorach,projekt jest zgodny wskaźnikami określonymi w SzooP Projekt realizuje cel Działania 4.1 zwiększony udział odnawialnych źródeł energii w ogólnym bilansie energetycznym regionu poprzez zakup i montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 39,975 kW. Projekt zakończy się w ciągu 1 roku od daty podpisania umowy o dofinansowanie. Niniejszy projekt będzie miał wpływ na realizację zaplanowanego w RPO W-M specyficznego wskaźnika rezultatu określonego dla programu jakim jest „udział energii elektrycznej produkowanej ze źródeł odnawialnych w produkcji energii elektrycznej ogółem” do 2023r. do poziomu 81,29% (Polish)

The planned investment will consist of the purchase and installation of 1 photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 39,975 kW on the roof of the service building “AREX” Arkadiusz Karpik located on plots no. 30/7 and 30/10 in the town of Tolejny using 123 photovoltaic panels. No building permit or environmental decision is required for the implementation of the investment. The energy obtained will be used for the enterprise’s own needs. The implementation of the project is both economically, environmentally, socially and economically justified and will contribute to achieving the guidelines set by the European Union. Stages of implementation: 1. Preparation phase – selection of the contractor in accordance with the principle of competitiveness 2. Implementation stage – purchase and assembly: a) photovoltaic panels (123 pcs) b) inverter (1 pcs. 40 kW) (c) measuring system (1 kpl.) (d) lightning system (1 cpl.) e) compensatory connections (1 kpl.) f) surge suppression system (1 kpl.) g) protection against injuries (1 stpl.) The project is in line with the socio-economic development strategy of Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship until 2025 and is part of the SZOOP ROP WiM 2014-2020 as it contributes to the achievement of the objectives of the aforementioned documents for this purpose thematic action Supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy in all sectors, the project complies with the indicators set out in SZOOP The project implements the objective of Measure 4.1 increased share of renewable energy sources in the region’s overall energy balance by purchasing and installing a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 39,975 kW. The project will be completed within 1 year from the date of signature of the grant agreement. This project will have an impact on the implementation of the specific result indicator set out for the programme, which is “the share of electricity produced from renewable sources in total electricity production” planned in the ROP W-M up to 81.29 % by 2023.
