Projekt polega na termomodernizacji budynku użyteczności publicznej – OSP w Zborach w gminie Popów wraz z montażem odnawialnych źródeł energii. Inwestycja realizowana będzie w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj” a jej zakres obejmuje: Zadanie 1. Termomodernizacja obiektu, w tym: - przygotowanie dokumentacji projektowej; - wykonanie termomodernizacji obiektu: docieplenie przegród i wymiana stolarki, modernizacja instalacji c.o., c.w.u, Zadanie 2. Montaż OZE, w tym: - przygotowanie dokumentacji projektowej; - montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej. W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania budynku na energię końcową i pierwotną, wzrost produkcji energii z OZE, redukcja emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery, w tym CO2 i PM10. The investment will be carried out in the formula “design and build” and its scope includes: Activity 1. Thermomodernisation of the object, including: — preparation of project documentation; — thermomodernisation of the object: insulation of partitions and replacement of joinery, modernisation of central heating, hot water installations, Task 2. Installation of RES, including: — preparation of project documentation; — installation of a photovoltaic installation. The project will result in a reduction in the building’s demand for final and primary energy, an increase in energy production from RES, a reduction in emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere, including CO2 and PM10.
